The villa is not overlooked, on a plot of + 1000 m2. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with no parking difficulties. There are six steps to reach the front door. Living room to the left and to the right eight steps leading to the four bedrooms, straight ahead is the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a double bed with 2 x 90x190 electric mattresses, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and beautiful sea views. There are two further double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other bedroom with single beds. Both of these bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a balcony with stunning views of the sea and the fantastic island of Aire, an iconic island off the coast of Punta Prima. In addition to air conditioning, each of these two bedrooms also has a ceiling fan.
The fourth bedroom has a single bed and a separate wardrobe and has air conditioning as well.
The bedrooms share two large bathrooms that have recently been renovated. The first is a full bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower, sink and w.c. The second has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchen has also been recently renovated and has everything including a wine fridge! There is a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, six-burner electric hob and a huge double fridge freezer. There is no air conditioning in the kitchen but there is a ceiling fan.
The living/dining room is large and spacious with two sofas and a coffee table, and a TV. Double French doors open from both the living and dining areas onto the south facing terrace with views of the lawned garden and the sea beyond. The dining table could comfortably seat 8 people.
There is also an additional toilet on the first floor, with the washing machine, and a door that leads directly to the rear for hanging laundry.
Finally downstairs (8 steps) is a games room with bar, pool table, dartboard, and audio player.
Outside there is a larger than average swimming pool (10m x 5m) with Roman steps and a ladder to access it. The tiled terraces wrap around the south and west sides of the villa, with enough space for the 8 good quality sun loungers, side tables, outdoor style wicker sofas, sun loungers and coffee table, as well as the teak outdoor table and chairs. There is a covered area on part of the terrace just outside the kitchen. There is also an awning over the dining area for extra shade, as well as several umbrellas next to the sun loungers. In a covered area (and next to the kitchen) is also a brick built BBQ with fireplace and food storage/preparation area. To the rear of the villa is a petanque court.
