the apartment is 35m2, seen on the park, the tennis court and playground as well as the bowling alley, with a balcony to eat and relax, the whole apartment has been refurbished as well as the furniture, one bedroom with a 140x190 bed, with a superb mattress and pillow, two-seater convertible leather sofa, equipped kitchen, microwave with 42l oven, vitro hob, fridge, senseo fryer, toaster, fully equipped with dishes, Scandinavian table and chairs, we provide towels, glove towels, as well as duvets and duvet covers, an advantage, do not take them, with elevator, secure parking, secure residence, dog accepted

bonjour dommage qu'il n'y a que du negatif pour la television et le wiffi il est noté dans l'annonce donc pas de surprise le frigo jamais eu de problème sans doute un mauvais dégivrage et la douche jamais personne ne s'en ces plaint moi même j'ai un appartement et l'eau est bien chaude

Verouderd, maar verder prima appartement met mooi uitzicht en balkon met zitje
De communicatie was in het Frans en als er vertaald werd, klopte het niet meer.Verder prima.Bed is 140 breed, wat ons betreft iets te smal, maar er past geen grotere, wel een goed matras. Tip van een andere recensie was, dat we iets verduisterends moesten meenemen, want er komt een hoop licht door de voordeur, waar het bed gelijk staat. Geen WiFi, geen TV, voor ons geen probleem. Koelkast, senseo en combimagnetron, prima! Veel handdoeken, theedoeken etc. Douchegordijn, nooit prettig. Parasol zou fijn zijn op het balkon. Het appartement heeft een opkapbeurt nodig. Deuren en kasten sluiten niet goed. Het strand is hemelsbreed 800 m (staat in de advertentie), maar om er te komen 2 à 3 km. Het park Atlantis heeft een hoop speelvelden en toestellen, 3 tennisvelden, pingpongtafel. Geen winkel en het "restaurant" is maar 2 uur open, maar niet toen wij er waren, 17-20 juli 2025.

Leider waren TV und WLan wie in der Beschreibung (Online-Inserat) angegeben, nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde behauptet, das darauf deutlich hingewiesen wurde. Dies stimmte nicht (Screenshot). In der Küche waren lediglich 2 kleine Kaserollen vorhanden. Ansonsten war viel Inventar vorhanden das einfach unbrauchbar undl uralt war.Eine angekündigte Kaffeemaschine fehlte ebenso. (2 Senseo Maschienen waren vorhanden).Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in einem mangelhaften Zustand.

il n'y avait pas 2 senseo mais 1 l'autre est une dolce gusto mais il faut savoir faire la différence, il est bien indiqué dans annonce qu il n'y a pas de télévision ni de wifi il fallait lire toute l'annonce, vous ne savez faire que du negatif si vous vouliez un 4 etoile il fallait mettre le pris ,vous voulez beaucoup mais pas cher heureusement tout le monde ne pense pas comme vous je ne vous recommanderais pas

Petit appartement propre suffisant pour 2 adultes avec l’avantage de bénéficier d’une terrasse avec une vue dégagée. Parking gratuit sur place. Balades en pleine nature. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Bon séjour mais...
Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, appartement propre. Très bonne literie du lit mais pas celle du canapé.Il faudrait absolument mettre un rideau très occultant sur la porte d'entrée donnant sur la chambre car le simple rideau ne suffit pas à masquer la lumière du réverbère extérieur et celle du jour au petit matin !!!
