1 living room with sofa of type BZ new (sleeping 2 people), TV, overlooking a loggia SEA VIEW and Baie Sainte-Anne -
1 kitchen with induction hob, oven, small fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher -
1 double room for 2 people with duvet -
1 bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet -
Balcony furniture. Gas heating. Private parking space. Washing machine. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (1 small dog - 7 kilos), deposit by bank card and optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...). Furnished tourism classified 2 stars for 4 people.
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: weeks).

Appartement tres propre à l'arrivée. Bien équipé. Superbe vue du balcon. Prévoir mitigeur pour la baignoire, tres inconfortable, impossible de regler eau chaude et eau froide. Manque parasol pour balcon et transat. Serpillere pas hygienique, prevoir plutôt balai essorage plus actuel.

Un appartement décevant

La vue et l’emplacement sont exceptionnels et ne souffrent aucune critique. En revanche, l’immeuble est assez ancien et l’appartement l’est tout autant. Malgré de grands espaces, l’appartement reste décevant : rideau de douche qui se colle à vous, pas de mitigeur, mobilier et électroménager qu’on hésite à utiliser de peur de les casser (surtout le lave vaisselle, j’ai préféré faire la vaisselle à la maison). Une odeur désagréable est également présente (semble venir des canalisations). La literie dans la chambre est bonne et confortable. En revanche le Bz dans le salon ne convient qu’aux enfants et encore, des petits. Prévoir une couette pour le couchage du salon. Bref un appartement décevant malheureusement.

Bien situé

Bel appartement spacieux bien équipé avec véranda à moderniser (robinetterie douche). Tout à proximité, endroit agréable et calme. Très beau site, plein de choses à faire dans les environs.
