Nouvelle villa sur le littoral, unique et spacieuse à 5 min du boulevard

Grande maison de famille bien entretenue, sur le littoral et le boulevard du magnifique et charmant village de Sao Vicente. Vous trouverez un double salon de luxe avec vue sur la mer, chaises longues, fauteuils confortables, canapé, cheminée et Internet sans fil gratuit. Vous trouverez une place de parking gratuite devant la porte d'entrée. Les grandes chambres disposent de lits confortables : 1 grand lit avec un matelas à ressorts, vue sur la mer, une salle de bains attenante et un balcon. La seconde chambre dispose de deux lits simples avec matelas à ressorts. La salle de bains séparée dispose d'une baignoire, d'un sanitaire et d'une vue sur la mer. La cuisine spacieuse et luxueuse et son coin repas sont dotés de nombreux appareils comme lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, four micro-onde, très grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur. Vous trouverez également une grande cuisine extérieure avec un coin barbecue et un coin repas. Une télévision à grand écran Sony Bravia et une chaîne Hi-Fi avec un bouquet satellite de luxe sont disponibles. Les différentes terrasses ont toutes vue sur la mer, elles sont meublées avec un salon de jardin en bois, dans un jardin fleuri privé. Il y a 3 salles de bains ; un set de serviettes de toilette est fourni et les lits sont faits. Magnifique maison spacieuse sur le littoral spectaculaire de Sao Vicente. Un séjour unique proche du littoral. Située à proximité mais à une distance suffisante pour assurer la sécurité, comme nous disons toujours. Profitez des nombreuses facettes et couleurs différentes de l'océan en journée et en soirée afin de vous détendre dans une atmosphère paisible. Vous vous sentirez tout de suite en vacances. Une sensation et une expérience que vous vivrez et qui resteront dans votre tête pour plusieurs années. Les salon, chambres, jardin, balcon et ses nombreuses terrasses offrent toutes une vue directe sur l'océan. Le ballet des vagues vous captivera et vous impressionnera de part ses nuances de bleu. Pêche, surf, nage, canoë-kayak, bains de soleil, randonnées ou se laisser bercer par le bruit des vagues. La Casa Azul se situe dans le plus bel endroit de Madeira. À côté du littoral, vos yeux seront constamment impressionnés par la nature exceptionnelle. Cascades, montagnes, "lavadas" (anciens canaux d'irrigation), grottes, bois, fleurs (tout au long de l'année). C'est exceptionnellement beau. Vous avez de l'énergie en ce moment même ? Vous devriez donc aller nager dans les profondeurs du bleu de l'océan ou dans une piscine naturelle, pêcher, faire du canoë-kayak, du VTT, des randonnée le long des "lavandas", aller voir les dauphins, pêcher le thon, faire un safari ou juste faire des achats à Funchal, la capitale (à seulement 40 min de voiture). Vous trouverez de nombreuses options. Dans le village, vous trouverez, en plus des gens accueillants, une atmosphère détendue. Profitez le plus possible de la vie en extérieur car tout est ouvert tout au long de l'année. Vous trouverez de nombreux bons restaurants dans le village et le long du littoral. Vous souhaitez cuisiner vous-même ? Pas de problème, le village dispose de plusieurs boulangeries et de 2 supermarchés. Vous pourrez donc sortir pour manger ou obtenir ce dont vous avez besoin dans les supermarchés pour cuisiner. De plus, ce n'est absolument pas cher du tout ici ! Un café expresso, par exemple, coûte moins de 1 € !

We had an amazing stay at the Bluehouse. Our entry was flawless, the home was everything and more then expected and our host was available and accomadating from start to finish. The home was well equipted with everything we needed. We would definately return to this beautiful seaside paridise.

Very comfortable house with the sound of the ocean in the background. It was very stormy weather when we were there so the ocean was rough the whole week and it was a bit much by the end of our stay, but I can see that it would be calming during normal weather.There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a large grocery store so every convenience was covered. The house was cozy and very well stocked. We would definitely go again.

Great stay

We had a fantastic week in this house. It is very comfortable and fully equipped. It has an amazing view from most rooms. The location is fine; not in the middle of nowhere and shops are just a few minutes away by car. In our opinion a good place to discover Madeira.

Absolute lovely, luxurious and tidy house in a beautiful surrounding

The house and the associated property are beautiful, very well maintained and fantastically equipped. The house managers were extremely friendly and always available to answer questions and always helpful. We would come back at any time and can recommend the house to everyone.

Perfect little house by the Ocean

Really this house has a perfect location. It’s walking distance from many restaurants, some shops and a grocery store. All with a view of the ocean. Bedrooms are on the top floor with the kitchen and living room below. The master bedroom has an amazing view with a patio to sit outside and have coffee. We would happily stay here again if we come back to Madera.

Beautiful home by the sea

Despite us arriving late, our agent Anna was very gracious and helpful. Home is spacious with every amenity and close to the charming town of São Vicente. Wonderful balcony view of the rolling Atlantic waves crashing ashore, great area for surfing. A short drive to Seixal and Porto Moniz. I would recommend this location to any traveller coming to Madeira. Very nice experience.

Perfect villa at north of Madeira

My husband and I stayed in Casa Azul over 2015 December's Holidays. Saskia and Jan were amazing hosts during our stay. Casa Azul is the perfect villa to stay at the north of Madeira as it is settle in the middle and towns like Porto Moniz and Punta Delgada are a 15 min drive. Casa Azul is very well maintained, nicely decorated, with all the amenities and comforts one could need during holidays, we even turned the chimney on! Funchal is a 30/40 min drive through a well maintained highway. We always find a hike to do, a town to visit, a restaurant to try... Madeira is worth visiting!

A lovely stay

We stayed for 10 nights. A lovely property overlooking the sea and about 10 minute walk into Sao Vicente. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely listening to the sea and watching the surfers 5 minutes walk away. Good communication with owner and with the lady who welcomed us. Sao Vicente is lovely with a small supermarket, bakeries and a good choice of places to eat. A couple of bars / restaurants within 2/3 minutes walk. Off road parking. A central location for exploring the north coast and the central highlands. Very much recommend the property and would have no hestitation in returning.

Great house with stunning sea view

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Azul (even though its a red painted house:) very much. The house is huge, cosy, well equipped and the view on the ocean from the windows and balcony is just amazing. For me as a surfer it was perfect, as it is only 5min by foot to the next surf location. With a rental car it`s perfectly located in the middle of the north coast to explore the west and east of the north coast. The next swimming possibility in the village was not attractive to us, but didn`t bother us. The house was super clean and the communication with the local manager was perfect. We definitely recommend it! Muito obrigado!

Fine house overlooking the Atlantic

The house is great. It is spacious: two floors, with the living room and fully-equipped kitchen downstairs, and the two bedrooms upstairs), a large terrace and a balcony, and three (!) bathrooms. The location is not far from the busy strip of restaurants and shops at the São Vicente ocean front. Parking is easy in front of the main gate. We were guided to the place and shown around by Ana, the owners local representative. The one thing that could be improved is the privacy on the outside terrace. The house is close to the houses of local residents; a bit of a screen in the terrace fence would be enough, both for the guests and the neighbours. At times in the night there was a lot of dog barking, but usually the owners silenced their dogs after a while.

Disappointing

The house looks great from outside - fresh and modern but the house inside although clean and decorated nicely sits in shade all day (January) no sunshine! The wood burning stove is a hazard - leaking fumes into the room - we begrudged being told we’d not lit it properly! The tv turns off every 10 mins (so frustrating) and the icing on the cake was being shut in because the driveway gate had come off its rollers. Ana and husband tried their best but the house needs some tlc and general maintenance - doors closing properly, windows, etc. bed linen and towels need replacing…

Dear Lisa, I start by mentioning that the sun is a component that we do not control, just like the weather itself, so it is totally unfair of you to even make reference to this as if it were part of the offer... it refers to a series of situations that we have not proven. such as closing the windows, etc., so we assume it was an act of bad faith on your part to say such words damaging to our good name, regarding the TV, as you mentioned, the problem was resolved by canceling the interference that there was, so if it was resolved, the matter remained there closed but even there he showed bad attitude in his behavior. As for the icing on the cake, you forgot to say that the island of Madeira was affected by a serious storm with rain and winds of 135 km in which civil protection asked no one to leave their home, such was the strength of it. lasted several days and caused damage to the houses and the gate of the house and especially throughout the northern part of the island where he spent his holidays, so once again his criticisms are totally unfair, ungrateful and we repudiate his attitude and I conclude directly to you, telling you that yes, they were a total disappointment as people.

Très beau séjour, la maison est excellente

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison en février. Celle-ci est très confortable, parfaite pour une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Elle est conforme aux photos sur le site. Les paysages alentours sont magnifiques

Nous étions satisfaites, belle maison bien équipée avec vue sur mer,seul bémol, le soleil n y arrive pas à cette période de l année, la maison était froide et humide, mais possibilité de faire du feu .

Traumhafte Lage

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Unterkunft. Nach Vereinbarung wurden wir von einer netten Mitarbeiterin empfangen die uns dann alles gezeigt hat.Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner und viel größer als die Bilder darstellen. Es gibt 3 Bäder, eine große Küche, einen Waschraum, ein großes Wohnzimmer, Eine Barbecueküche die wir leider nicht benutzt haben. Und der Garten lädt durch den tollen Ausblich ein zum verweilen. Wir sind begeistert vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
