Condo #604, 3 Bedrooms, 2.0 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Enjoy penthouse views of the fabulous blue waters of the Atlantic and Florida Bay-- all from the comfort of your own three bedroom, two bath condo. This condo can sleep 6 comfortably and features a kitchen with every convenience you might require. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bath with clothes hanging rack. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and attached bath with shower. The converted third bedroom, off of kitchen, has a full bed.

Heated swimming pool with Tiki Bar, lighted tennis courts as well as plenty of beautifully landscaped property for walking are all available within this safe gated complex. Relax seaside at the sandy beach and view the fabulous sunsets every evening from our penthouse balcony.

For you boaters, Futura Yacht Club offers the best deep water dockage and on site boat ramp in the area. Rental does not include boat slip. However, pending availability, other slips in marina are available for rent. Please ask when booking. There is even storage for your boat trailer at no extra charge. Islamorada is known as the sport fishing capital of the world for good reason. Futura Yacht Club is on Florida Bay and some phenomenal backcountry fishing. We are within minutes of the best deep sea fishing you can find anywhere.

*Boat slip cannot be used for boats larger than 30'. Only 1 boat or 2 personal watercrafts may occupy the slip. Boats in the slip must be secured in accordance with Futura Yacht Club docking diagram.

*A copy of boat insurance is required to be on file prior to allowing boat and trailer on property. Minimum insurance coverage of $300,000.00.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo had everything you needed for a long stay. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The host was very responsive and the directions for check-in, etc. were precise and easy to follow. We would stay here again anytime!

My happy place

Futura yacht club is one of my “happy places“. Never stayed in the condo tower but we really enjoyed it. The views are amazing, the condo had everything you would need and a lot of room too. The property manager responded quickly. This place never disappoints.

Loved the location, great property.

We rented a boat slip and were able to take full advantage of the location and amenities this property offered. Our unit was on the 6th floor. The condo association offered cart to bring groceries up. Washer and dryer were just around the corner from the unit, they were nice HE units. The unit itself was listed as a 3 BR with bunk beds, it’s not. Hopefully that has been changed in the listing. The 3rd “bedroom” was probably meant to be used as a dining room and has curtains hanging in the archway between the kitchen and the archway by the door. It was also listed as a twin over full bunk bed, it is actually a trundle bed, full with a pull out twin. For us this didn’t matter as we were traveling with our college age kids. The second bedroom has a door and the bathroom is located in that room. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. The kitchen is small but well equipped with everything we needed for the week. There were nice pool towels for us to use during our stay. Grocery stores nearby. We did a day trip to key west . We enjoyed our trip! It’s the keys hard not to enjoy the trip! Owner was friendly and responded quickly to our questions and a few issues. Ac worked great! Public area by boat ramp is great place to enjoy the sunsets and great fishing for fun in the boat area. Would def rent at this location again.

Family Vacation for the year

The condo was in great condition and very clean. The location was great by car or by boat to everything. We trailered are family boat and used it at the resort and could not have been more happy with the amenities. Everything you need for boating was right there. The launch was by far the best I have used in the keys. As a whole the facility gets a 10 from my family. The pool was nice and clean the two times we used it. The views where great in all directions. The last word on the trip was the condo manager who was very friendly and picked up on the phone immediately to let us in when we arrived. They even allowed us to check the boat in early in the day. I recommend this condo and hope to get back there again! Thank you!

Futura Yacht Club

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at #604 condo. The accommodations were great and the atmosphere at Futura is also great. The owner was there to answer questions when needed. And returned my call promptly. Looking forward to next year's vacation at Futura. Tom

Nice Property in the Florida Keys

The property was as advertised, nice unit in the middle of the Florida Keys. Convenient access to great restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacracies etc. We only had a minor issue when the electronic door lock malfunctioned, the manager answered my call immediately and remedied our issue quickly. The unit was very quiet. No issues with loud neighbors, stray pets etc. The only minor comment is the third bedroom is a converted room and on the small side, however the bed was quite comfortable. Would make a good room for older children. Overall very happy with the unit, would definitely rent it again.

2 bedrooms NOT 3!

Convenient location for places we wanted to go. Grounds are excellent. Furnishings were adequate. The kitchen was well equipped. All of the mattresses are uncomfortable and should be replaced. The 4th bedroom (has no closet) is a dining room with curtains for doors at 2 entry points. A window covering in the living room would make it a little more bearable for the unfortunate person that is trying to sleep in the dining room. The 4th bedroom/dining room also had a curtain for a door between the kitchen so you can’t do anything in the kitchen without disturbing the person sleeping in the dining room. Overall I think it is a great 2 bedroom unit but a terrible 3 bedroom unit.

Enjoyable!

Great location and a well maintained condo. Updates are slowly taking place. Very clean with plenty of extra towels and sheets if needed. Although laundry was not in the room, it was right next door and almost always available with no extra cost. Happy with the communication from the owner.
