At night, you will find two single beds in the living room and two bunk beds in the cabin corner. The bathroom with bathtub completes the facilities of this functional apartment. Private underground parking (L 4.75m x W 2.26m). Ideally located near the sea, this accommodation is perfect for families wishing to fully enjoy the joys of the beach. You can also discover the surroundings, such as the town centre of Sète 2.5 km away, the international golf course of Cap d'Agde 25 km away or the Aqualand 25 km away. Bel appartement avec quelques améliorations à apporter...

L appartement est spacieux et bien agencé avec une belle vue mer. La residence et sa piscine sont parfaites et avec une vue plus qu'agréable sur la corniche. très propre. Sinon bons échanges avec l'agence, bonne gestion et la confiance est assurée. Cependant, il manque quelques équipements plus modernes qui apporteraient un plus et qui iraient parfaitement avec le tarif appliqué : plaques de cuisson électrique à remplacer par une induction, le frigo : bien trop petit pour 4 surtout pour un séjour de 2 semaines, le plus serait une machine à laver et 2 transats pour une sieste vue mer. Et les oreillers a changer...De petits investissements qui combleront d'autant plus les locataires saisonniers.
