Facing the sea and the forest, new house of 70 m2 furnished and equipped, offering living room / kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, pantry and terrace, Garden at the back as well as a large private gravelled courtyard for parking . The location is ideal since in addition to going to the beach in 5 minutes on foot, the cycle paths crossing the forest will take you by bike to the shops (bakery, u market, restaurants, summer market ..). to have 6 beds in all. You can indulge in sport (swimming, mountain biking, walking in the forest, running, fishing) in peace.
