This is a townhome in Harbor Village, in St. Joseph's Harbor Shores. Jack Nicklaus' Harbor Shores Golf Course is right across the street: book now for the Senior PGA Championship! Three Lake Michigan beaches are less than a mile away: Silver, Tiscornia, and Jean Klock. St. Joseph and neighboring Benton Harbor are full of great shopping, restaurants, and breweries. MI Vacation Retreat wants to make Southwest Michigan a place you'll long to come back to.

Harbor Village is a wonderful development with noteworthy destinations within a short walk - Plank's Tavern, a coffee bar, a tapas restaurant (seasonal), The Spa (manicures, pedicures, massages), and marina.

Guests have private access to the entire town house. Shared (neighborhood) space includes the pool, clubhouse, marina, and waterfront.

MI Vacation Retreat sleeps eight in three bedrooms and has three full baths. The master bedroom has a queen memory foam and gel mattress. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a double vanity. The upstairs loft is a kids' paradise with games and a separate media room. The loft's twin trestle beds pull out to king beds with memory foam mattresses. The main floor boasts an eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar (seating for four) and separate dining space (seating for eight), all open to the living room. The downstairs bedroom is a quiet, comfortable retreat with a queen memory foam and gel mattress. The upstairs and downstairs levels each have a separate full bathroom (upstairs: tub with shower; downstairs: shower). Guests also have a full laundry and two-car garage. Catch the sunset sitting on the front porch or watch golfers play hole #4 across the street. Guests also have plenty of internet bandwidth (gigabit) for school or office Zoom meetings. The media room also doubles as a workspace or remote classroom with desk and chair; extra pens and pencils; and printer and extra paper.

Numerous sidewalks surround the townhome, giving guests walking or biking access to nearby beaches and downtown St. Joseph. Many things, including beaches, are less than a mile from the townhome. If guests drive in and around St. Joseph, there are numerous free-all-day public parking lots.

Guests have access to an abundance of nearby outdoor activities. Directly across the street is Harbor Shores Golf Club, a public, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. MI Vacation Retreat sits at the intersection of the Paw Paw and St. Joseph Rivers; and Lake Michigan. At The Inn, a few hundred feet away, is Harbor Shores' Marina, with several for-rent boating companies. Scooter Joe's also operates out of The Inn, and guests can rent bikes (surrey bikes, beach cruisers, electric bikes, and tandem bikes), kayaks, and golf carts. Third Coast Paddling is also just around the corner and rents kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. There are miles of paved bike paths and sidewalks for running, biking, and hiking.
