Geräumiges Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit direktem Meerblick aus dem sehr großzügigen und hellen Wohn- und Essraum. Haustechnik, Fenster und Geräte im Haus sind modernisiert, lediglich einige Küchenfronten und die Küchenarbeitsplatte waren in nicht mehr ganz so schönem Zustand, aber problemlos nutzbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr gut per Mail zu erreichen und antworten schnell und freundlich. Zu beachten ist das zweite Schlafzimmer, wenn man das Haus mit 3 oder 4 Personen mietet: es liegt im Spitzboden des Anbaus und ist über eine recht steile Leiter vom Wohnraum aus zu erreichen. Der Raum wird fast ganz vom Doppelbett ausgefüllt und hat keine Tür. Für unsere 18jährige Tochter war es jedoch annehmbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es empfehlen.
