A pretty Villa ideally located, well designed, practical and full of charm, a friendly place for up to 8 people with family or friends!

With its 110 m² on one level, on a plot of 350 m² of land it is composed of a veranda, a garden, 3 bedrooms, a TV lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and high stools.

In a quiet area, the beach is 250 m by a small private road, the market and the Saint Denis supermarket are 8 minutes away on foot, the Brée market is 8 minutes by bike (2 km).

The location of the house so close to the beach makes it a very popular small villa .... to book without delay!

well .... could be worse

Positive experiences first: -Very quiet surroundings -Spacious cooking and dining area -Basically well equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher) -Daily supplies (market, supermarket, bakery) (still) within walking distance - 15 minutes -Pets (in our case a cat) are welcome -Bathroom is newly renovated and modern What wasn't so nice: -Cleanliness of the kitchen and cupboards (we had the impression that some of them hadn't been cleaned for years) - there was also old food in the kitchen. It was disgusting in some places. -Condition of the kitchen and cooking appliances - some very run down -General condition of the house - not the best. The garage can only be described as "creepy", the awning is rotting, some of the sockets are falling out of the walls, one of the patio doors couldn't be locked, etc. -We weren't allowed to use the fireplace (well, it was warm enough anyway) Oh, and the beach: Yes, you can walk there (I didn't measure the distance, but the stated 250 meters is rather optimistic), but it's not worth it. We recommend driving 8 minutes to the beach in Les Huttes... much, much nicer.

Le plaisir de la location

Très bonne impression dès l arrivée la location en tous points conformes à l annonce.le plus c'est 250m d une plage. Les propriétaires sont à l écoute et sérieux aux moindres soucis. Je recommande vivement cette location aux vacanciers qui cherchent le confort et le calme.

Tout a été parfait surtout si l’on considère que notre réservation c’est faite en dernière minute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à la gentillesse de tous propriétaires et service de conciergerie.

Impression mitigée

La maison est très bien placée. Mais j’ai été déçue par les prestations et l’état de la maison. Le jardin était en travaux pour la mise en place d’un jacuzzi (ce qui n était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Il y a beaucoup d’effets personnels du propriétaire mal rangé dans la maison et un manque d’ustensiles de cuisine pour une maison de cette taille. Le ballon d’eau chaude trop petit pour une famille de 6 personnes. Très bon service de la conciergerie.

Bonjour Madame, Tout d’abord merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes toujours soucieux d’améliorer au maximum notre maison pour satisfaire nos locataires. Pour répondre aux points que vous évoquez, oui le jardin de derrière n’était pas terminé suite aux retards causés par la crise et c'est pour cette raison que nous ne mentionnons pas encore son existence dans l annonce pour ne pas décevoir nos locataires (pas de photos, pas de texte ...). Concernant les quelques effets personnels, effectivement nous avons placé tout en haut des nombreux placards quelques affaires ne prenant pas plus de 10% de la place totale pour ne pas gêner nos locataires. Cela ne nous a personnellement jamais gêné dans les maisons que nous avons nous-meme louée, mais à l’avenir nous corrigerons cela. D'autant plus que vous vous êtes servis dans nos serviettes personnelles que la conciergerie a retrouvé dans le linge que vous leur avez rendu... Concernant le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine et le ballon d’eau chaude de taille insuffisante selon vous, nous recevons pourtant régulièrement notre famille jusqu’à 8 personnes, et n’avons jamais eu de soucis particuliers sur ces sujets. Peut être est ce dû au fait que vous étiez plus que le nombre évoqué lors de votre demande de location d'aprés la conciergerie ? Une dernière chose, comme echangé, nous acceptons volontiers les chiens. Cependant, nous aurions apprécié que vous fassiez le tour pour ramasser les déjections que nous avons trouvé dans le jardin à notre arrivée. Cordialement
