Seafront not overlooked, experience the postcard from the inside!

Access to the house is via a private driveway in which you can park up to three cars.

In front of the house, the terrace is a space sheltered by the dune if the wind picks up. Therefore there is no sea view from the house.

The deported parasol protects the veranda from the sun. Air conditioning was installed in 2014.

The 20m2 veranda is made up of a lounge area:
-couch
-flat screen, TV package of 204 channels,
- DVD and Blue ray player,
- mini chain
- board games
-Free high speed internet wifi

and a kitchen area:
-table and 4 chairs
-microwave,
-cooker with 4-burner ceramic hob,
-electric oven,
-dishwasher,
-fridge with ice compartment,
-blender,
-toaster

The 20m2 night area is composed as follows:
-one master bedroom double bed 140, wardrobe.
-a small extra cabin bedroom with a 90 trundle bed that can make a double bed or two single beds, wardrobe (with the single bed only). This room can be isolated from the corridor by blackout curtains.
-a bathroom with Italian shower and WC, a washing machine.

Below the ground, the rocky foreshore offers the discovery of another aspect of the coast and the pleasures of shore fishing (regulated). Access to the sea is via a path 150m away. The dune overlooks the foreshore. This overhang protects the terrain from the assaults of the ocean and does not allow direct access to the sea.

On the upper part of the dune, on this protected natural area on the seafront, you have
- a summer kitchen with sink, BBQ, water and electricity,
- a garden furniture with four sun loungers
