Very nice bungalow completely renovated in August 2019. Very quiet (residential all year round) surrounded by pine trees, it is located 10 minutes' walk from the beach, ports and shops in the city center.

It is very comfortable, all the equipment is new except the dresser and the dining table:

- spacious dining area opening onto a terrace and a large enclosed garden
- living room with comfortable convertible sofa (140cm)

- 2 terraces (exposed east-west)
- large enclosed garden, outdoor shower and large enclosed shed (for bikes, paddle, windsurfers, electric barbecue ...)

Very bright accommodation, bay windows and French windows on all sides (electric shutters).

The beach is 600 meters on foot (at the foot of the Ponton), the city center is 900 meters on foot (to go to the tourist office for example and to the heart of the shops).

Leucate La Franqui train station is located 15 km from Port Leucate.
A shuttle system will allow you to reach La Franqui, Leucate Village, Leucate Plage and Port Leucate where the accommodation is located.
A stop of this line is 5 minutes walk from the house.

A trusted person and Concierge by profession welcomes you, gives you the keys and all the essential elements for the smooth running of your stay. She also explains how the various equipment in the house works. It ensures the cleanliness of the accommodation between each rental.

As such, a welcome and cleaning service is invoiced at € 50 including tax. She understands :
- entry / exit of the accommodation (reception, inventory / inventory),
- cleaning costs
- the start of your stay
Linen (sheets / pillowcases) is not included. If necessary, the rental of linen (sheets / pillowcases) is possible via our service provider (€ 9 incl. Tax per bed or € 27 incl. Tax for the entire accommodation (2 beds and 1 sofa bed). Please inform us before your arrival.

Our concierge can reach us if necessary. We often come to Port Leucate during the year and stay there during the summer. Perhaps we will have the pleasure of meeting you!
