The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this pleasant, fully equipped apartment located in the heart of the Colombier shopping district, a stone's throw from Place du Général de Gaulle. Positioned on the 10th floor (with elevator), with an area of 100 m², Angèle can accommodate up to 6 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Ideal for a group of friends, a business trip with colleagues or a family of 6 people, you will particularly appreciate its location, comfort and calm.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Equipped and semi-open kitchen: oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, etc.
- Beautiful bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area.
- Balcony with a magnificent view of the Colombier shopping district
- Bathroom: Equipped with an Italian shower, a sink and a bathtub

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 6.4 km (15 min by car), Nantes airport 113 km (1h20 by car).

Angèle "Le séjour comme tel s'est bien passé mais l'établissement a ruiner notre plaisir rétroactivement. 🙂 Bon emplacement, près de la gare. Le logement est spacieux. 🙁 La salle de bain comprend une douche et un bain, lequel est muni d'une douche téléphone. Le rideau de la douche était absent. Nous avons demandé à la personne nous ayant fourni les clés à notre arrivée de nous en fournir un rapidement. Nous n'avons jamais eu le rideau en question et avons dû nous contenter de la baignoire. Plus important encore, pour effectuer la réservation il a fallu fournir un dépôt de garantie de 400 € à l'établissement. Or, après notre départ, on nous a faussement accusé d'avoir brisé une lampe pour laquelle on allait retenir 25 €. Il a fallu nous débattre longuement pour que la caution ne soit pas retenue. Nous n'avons pas apprécié non plus la menace de retenue de la caution faute de sortir les déchets et le recyclage. Cette expérience nous a laissé un goût amer et nous fait redouter de réserver à nouveau ce type de logement sur Booking."

Informationsaustausch mit der Vermietung: Erstinformation lautete Check in ist möglich ab 15:00, dementsprechend haben wir gebucht und bekannt gegeben.. dann war Check in nur ab 16:00 möglich mit dem Hinweis, dass davor Zusatzkosten anfallen. Am Tag vor Abreise kam eine Mail, dass wir für Müll und saubers Geschirr bei Abreise zuständig sind, bei Tätigkeiten, wie Müllentsorgung oder Geschirrspüler Entleerung durch Reinigungskraft würden extra Kosten anfallen. Am Tag nach der Abreise kam die Anfrage bzgl. der Schlüsselsets, die nicht auffindbar wären. Wir haben Fotos vom Einwurf bei vorgegebenen Schlüsselkasten gemacht und dies auch bekannt gegeben und auf einmal waren die Schlüssel wieder da. Es bleibt ein fauler Geschmack, dass hier gezielte Versuche auf das Deposit von 400€ zugreifen stattfanden... kein gutes Gefühl."

It is only a short walk into the centre of Rennes, and only a short walk to both the central station, and a large central interchange (Republique). The apartment itself is spacious, and really beautiful interiors, very comfortable beds, and a lovely shower. 🙁 I think there could have been a few more lamps in the living room to make it a little cosier."

The idea that we could somehow meet the agent at the facility was absurd. There needs to be very detailed driving and walking instructions provided in advance to renters. The place was also sparsely furnished. There was less than one roll of toilet paper on the property, for example."
