Great Appartment, van parking difficult

The appartment is great and we could easily reach the center by walking. The only caveat for us was the parking situation for our large van. We ended up either sometimes not paying/renewing the parking fee, we were lucky not getting caught, or parking outside of the restricted zone.

L'Eden "🙂 L'accueil et la souplesse sur l'heure d'arrivée ont été appréciée après plusieurs heures de route. Le positionnement est intéressant à environ 10-15 minutes du centre de Rennes. 🙁 La place de parking est extrêmement petite et il a été très difficile de se garer avec une voiture de taille moyenne. Une fois garé, la place étant très petite, on ne peut plus sortir de la voiture... Il manque pas mal d'éléments dans la maison pour que le niveau soit en cohérence avec le tarif (pas de serviette à main dans les WC, ni de support pour le papier par exemple)."

L'Eden "Appartement idéal à Rennes. La localisation permet de tout faire à pied. La présence d'un parking (KLEBER) à proximité est un vrai plus compte tenu des stationnements payants au bas de l'immeuble. L'immeuble est calme et silencieux, les parties communes sont bien entretenues, l'appartement spacieux et lumineux. Un vrai coup de cœur pour notre famille de cinq. Un point à améliorer cependant malgré une location pour trois semaines: pas de linge de cuisine, pas de serpillière dans l'appartement et deux rouleaux de papiers toilettes mis à disposition."

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La décoration est faite avec goût, tout est fidèle à l'annonce. Il est cependant à noter que l'immeuble se situe près d'un bar, ce qui est assez dérangeant la nuit. Dans l'ensemble rien à redire.

Ottima comunicazione con lo staff per le procedure di check-in e check-out (quest'ultimo fatto in totale autonomia). Il box auto compreso è un plus, dato che nella zona i parcheggi sono a pagamento, ma solo se l'auto non è di grandi dimensioni, perché risulta un po' stretto (ad esempio con un SUV è molto complicato)."

Aménagement intérieur moderne et optimisé, de très belles chambres et un salon-séjour avec cuisine. Deux terrasses et une vue très agréable sur les arbres côté chambres."

L'Eden "Precioso apartamento, pero sin plaza de parquing para un coche normal. 🙂 El apartamento es precioso y tiene todo el equipamiento nuevo. La ubicación es muy tranquila, pero en pocos minutos andando estas en el centro de Rennes. 🙁 El trato frio de la empresa, constantemente recordando las normas. El corto plazo para la entrega de las llaves, haciendo viajes largos es difícil ajustar una hora exacta. Y no aclarar desde el principio en la web que el parquing es solo para coches diminutos. Tuvimos que aparcar el coche, que no es grande, en la calle con regulación de aparcamiento."
