Relaxation in nature in entire totally isolated and independent Villa with swimming pool

It is strange and also the first time that we receive this kind of observation because usually all our guests appreciate a lot the presence of workers in the villa. The workers in the villa come to offer to our guests the best service to maintain the villa in the best way possible: to clean the pool, the take away the garbage, to water the flower and to repair as soon as possible something that could be broken. The presence of workers is very discreet and limited to the minimun necessary to give to our guests the best service. We come to clean the pool and to make the other services not every day and not too early in the morning (for example at 07:00 am) to not disturd who is still sleeping. Usually we came around 8:00 or 9:00 when usually our guests are awake but still not in the pool or in the garden. But if you wanted us to come at 7, just say it and we would have come at 7. Usually at the arrive of the guests we inform the guests regarding the day and hour when the workers will be present in the villa. It is true that during your stay we did and extra work to bring the optic fiber (a great improvment for the venue) in the villa but this work tooks only two hours and the workers were in the back part of the house where you were not present. But of course not all the people think in the same way and for that reason we are sorry that you not appreciate our effort to maintain the villa clean and efficient. If our presence bothered you, you should have told us that and we would not come to the villa and we would leave you in the dirt and disorder. Because our goal is to give the best satisfaction to our guests next time please inform us that our presence is not appreciate.
