Spacious duplex apartment (approx. 90m2), very well located, on the port of Camaret with a beautiful sea view, quiet, on the 4th and last floor of a small residence with lift and garage. The living rooms open onto a balcony-terrace all around the apartment, with outdoor furniture.
Everything is accessible on foot: the sea at 50m, a small beach at 500m, shops and restaurants., Hiking trails.
The wild coast and the large beaches are around 1.5 km away.

Unzumutbare Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Internet und Balkontür nicht funktionstüchtig

Im Prinzip eine schöne Wohnung, wenn alles funktionieren würde und der Besitzer sich in der Verantwortung sähe, die Mängel abzustellen. Internetkontakt lediglich mit einem einzigen Handy möglich. Balkontür zum Meer nicht funktionstüchtig, da verkantet und somit nicht benutzbar. Mängelmeldung wurde mit lautstarkem Gebrüll und Abbruch des Telefonats beantwortet. Es dauerte Stunden, bis jemand kam, um die Tür zu schließen, was nicht gelang. In unserer Abwesenheit wurde dann die Tür zugedrückt. Da sie verkantet war, war sie nach dem Öffnen wiederum nicht zu schließen. Danach sahen wir von einer Nutzung der Tür ab, was eine große Einschränkung bedeutete, wurde doch eine Balkon-Terrasse inseriert. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde der Besitzer wiederum ausfällig. Extrem unangenehm.

Am 04.11 2022 bekommen wir Ihr Kommentar betr. Ihren Urlaub in Camaret am 23.07.2022. Wenn Sie uns während Ihres Aufenthalts in der Wohnung angerufen hätten, hätten wir gleich eingreifen können. Schade! Vor Ihrem Ankommen funktionierte die Tür zur Terrasse problemlos. Die Kunden, die nach Ihnen die Wohnung bewohnt haben, hatten auch kein Problem. Hoffentlich haben Sie trotzdem einen angenehmen Urlaub auf der Halbinsel von Crozon verbracht. mfg, Agentur Atlantica Bretagne.
