Charming cottage 200 meters from the sea with marine character, with all the comforts, garden and a terrace from which you can see the sea. Very easy access to the beaches of El Trenc and to the best beaches and natural areas of the island. 20 minutes from the airport, routes and cycle-tourist roads in the area. The house has a garage that can store two bikes and / or more bicycles.
The house is newly renovated in July 2015.

HEBERGEMENT ATYPIQUE

Satisfait de notre séjour dans cette "casita" de pêcheur au confort correct, qui dispose d'un petit jardin agréable et d'une terrasse tous deux ensoleillés. L'ameublement est modeste mais complet et authentique ! Pas de vue sur la mer, mais elle n'est pas très loin. Quartier calme (en décembre !) et voisins discrets. Un bar/snack se trouve pas très loin, très accueillant et sympathique. Bien sûr, il y a également tout prêt, 2 autres restaurants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir...

El anuncio es tal cual lo es la casa. Hemos estado como en nuestra propia casa. La zona es espectacular, tanto en paisaje como en servicios para una cómoda estancia. Sin duda alguna lo puedo recomendar a amigos

Ein fast perfekter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist mehr ein kleines Ferienhaus und ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und befindet sich an einer super Location. Umgeben von einheimischen, sehr netten Nachbarn haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Garten war ein echter Segen für unsere Kids, die dort gerne gespielt haben. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, von Kühlbox bis Strandhandtüchern. Der kleine Laden um die Ecke bietet alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige was wirklich fehlt sind Moskitonetze an den Fenstern oder über den Betten. Die waren Nachts eine echte Plage...

Great vacation in a Majorcan little fishermen village

Montse’s house is lovely! It is a slightly old family house, pretty tiny in the inside indeed, but with an amazing and unexpected garden outside with a private setting. S’Estanyol is a typical Majorcan little fishermen village: it has a nice stony beach and it is pretty close to the stunning Es Trenc/Ses Covetes village (by car), to the nice Arenal the Sa Rapita and well connected with Campos and other cities to get bigger groceries etc. During our staying we also got the chance to meet Montse's husband who'se been very nice and we always kept connected via texting. It has been a lovely vacation and we hope to be back again.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. es ist alles da für einen perfekten Urlaub.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schade, dass wir im November den Garten nicht nutzen konnten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ein uriges Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben uns bei Monse im Ferienhaus in Llucmajor sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwar ist der Februar doch noch ein insbes. nachts sehr kühler Monat, wodurch das Ferienhaus doch die vorsorglich aufgestellten Ölradiatoren in voller Kraft brauchte, um warm zu werden. Aber einmal gewärmt, konnte man sich rumdum wohlfühlen. Bei Sonne war der Garten ein zusätzliches Spielfeld für die Kinder! Der morgentliche Zitronensaft von dem garteneigenem Zitronenbaum war ein geschmackvoller Start in den Tag. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Tolles Ferienhäuschen mit Atmosphäre in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir, eine Freundin und ich, hatten das Ferienhaus im September 2018 für 9 Tage gemietet. Unsere Vermieterin, Montse, ist sehr nett, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hatte sogar ein wenig Gebäck vom lokalen Bäcker zur Begrüßung für uns bereitgestellt! Das Häuschen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Typisch mallorquin eingerichtet hat es neben den zwei Schlafzimmern ein modernes Bad und eine ebenso moderne Küche (mit Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle und einem kleinen Ofen) in der wir viel und gerne gekocht haben. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden: Küchenrolle, Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Putzmitteln sowie Toilettenpapier ;-). Normalerweise muss man so etwas mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön gestaltet: Ein kleiner Sitzplatz vor dem Haus und eine große Dachterrasse von der aus man tatsächlich das Meer sehen kann. Und, was wir nicht erwartet hatten, einen kleinen hübschen Garten mit einem Kaki- sowie Zitronenbaum und diversen Kräutern. Die Kakis und die Zitronen durften wir verwenden. Seeehr lecker! Desweiteren gibt es noch eine Außendusche und eine Waschmaschine. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und können Montse und ihr "Casita" nur auf's wärmste empfehlen!

Bon séjour mais quelques points à améliorer

La maison est bien située, avec tout le nécessaire. Mais le mobilier de jardin en mauvais état et les coussins tachés auraient pu être changés, dommage. Nous avons regretté que la propriétaire ne nous ait pas donné son adresse , elle n'a jamais répondu aux nombreux SMS et appels téléphoniques envoyés lors de notre départ. Nous sommes partis en laissant la location ouverte...

Quiet area, good access to the rest of the island

Just 20/25 minutes drive from the airport yet a peaceful and quiet village. Accommodation - all the basics for a self catering holiday and clean. No a/c though and was warm at night even with windows open and shutters closed. I understand what another customer review meant about the big bed - the mattress is very soft so you feel even warmer as you sink right into it. Easy parking right outside and a lovely garden at the back to sit and have breakfast or a drink in the evening plus a roof terrace with great views towards the sea and countryside. There is a little shop and bakery just a couple of minutes walk away that stocked essential items, a couple of cafes/restaurants and that is it - great for quiet and relaxation but we also found it really useful to have the hire car to get out and about when we wanted. There is a small quiet beach (turn right at the marina) 5 minutes from the apartment with woodland walks at the back of it - beautiful. The bay there is very shallow though and although we went swimming and snorkelling, getting out deep enough to do so isn't easy. I would recommend wearing swim shoes (we didn't and our feet got a bit battered and bruised) but worth it as the snorkelling is good - lots of varieties of fish and underwater flora. We much preferred this little local beach - we did go to EsTrenc beach and only stayed about 10 minutes - there were LOTS of people there.

Eine wunderbare, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Ich war im Januar 2017 für 4 Nächte beruflich auf Mallorca. Auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen und etwas abgelegenen Ort stieß ich auf Montses Ferienwohnung. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem habe ich mich herzlich Willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich sicher wieder bei Montse anfragen. Danke für die angenehme Zeit.

Maison de pêcheur mitoyenne à 100 mètres de la mer, avec jardin et toit terrasse

Les + : un grand jardin à l'arrière de la maison, pour se relaxer ou manger, une douche extérieure (à l'abri des regards) et un toit terrasse avec une petite vue sur la mer. Parking devant la maison. Il n'y a pas le wifi mais on a pu se connecter sur celui d'un café à 5 minutes de la maison (très bon débit). A notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a offert des pâtisseries, c'était adorable, nous indiquant les deux bonnes pâtisseries-traiteurs du coin. Elle nous a montré les points d'intérêt et les endroits où sortir. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles, car le matelas de la chambre de couple n'est pas bon.

Belle maison dans un village calme tout prés de la mer

Le sud de l’île de Majorque avec une petite maison anciennement de pécheur est un ravissement. La Propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné tous les détails nécessaire pour notre séjour touristique d'une semaine. Avec beaucoup de connaissances des lieux inévitables.
