Welcome to my home!

Comfortable, modern, and very well located at the foot of the Fourvière hill. My studio is 22m2 of charming and quiet with gorgeous old bricks embedded into the walls.
Very cosy and carefully decorated, the studio is perfect for a stay with friends or couples. It includes a comfortable double bed, fitted with hotel quality linens, and a flat screen TV.
The kitchenette is fully-equipped all you need to whip up a fresh meal. Here you'll find a microwave and a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker and coffee capsules, kitchen utensils, cooking utensils and more.
This apartment is very bright thanks to the kitchenette window that allow the sunrays to enter and fill the studio with natural lighting.

We also provide fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is located in Saint-Jean, one of the 3 towns with St Georges and St Paul composing the Old Lyon. Real renaissance district of the city, the historic site of old Lyon is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The residential area is very close to the Place Bellecour, but also to the many tourist monuments.

We recommend walking everywhere! Located right in Oldtown Lyon, all the best spots are within walking distance. Alternatively, if you want to travel further there are also other options close by. Just an 8-minute walk from the apartment is the Vieux Lyon metro station, and the C3 and S1 bus stops are only 3 minutes away.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Important note: There are requalification works in the adjacent building. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
