Beautiful and spacious home. Very well kept. Exactly how it appears on pictures. Pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. The home is about 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal, so quite close. The owners were always available if we had any questions. I highly recommend this home. Thank you so much for everything Steve and Katie! We'll be back!

The house was super clean well equipped in a great location in the game room was a favorite place to hang out. We didn’t utilize the pool enough because it was a little chilly the first couple days and we were really busy, but we did go in it and it was really nice

This house was perfectly located for us to use to visit Universal and Disney parks. The house is about 30 minutes from Universal and 15-20 from Disney. We also made the drive to Kennedy Space Center, and that was just over an hour.Everything was very clean. We didn't use the pool much, because we weren't around, but it was clean and met our needs. The room layouts were perfect for our family of 4, but the house could easily support 2 families of 4 or more. There was plenty of common areas for lounging.The hosts communicated well, and the instructions were clear.We would definitely consider staying here again, if we made the trip back to Orlando.

Wonderful Stay!

We had five adults for a youth softball tournament and this was perfect for us. We didn't do Disney but would imagine it would be a great location for that. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room! Steve as great and we would definitely stay here again!

Place was clean with a few blemishes also there is not a foosball table there is table tennis in place. The pool heater is on a timer be mindful. It was an extra fee to use the heater and when I got back from dinner the pool was cold. The property overall was nice, clean and decorated nicely without feeling cluttered. Neighborhood wasn’t busy and felt safe. Using the security gate was easy. Hot tub was wonderful and host replied quickly.
