your booking was for 6 guests and 1 car for a gate access. After checking in, the next day you wanted gate pass for two cars of friends visiting you .. Assuming 5 per car, you would had 10 additional guests as visitors..When I refused permission, you messaged me that you would give a bad review and you did !! As a host, I do come across such guests, but cannot accommodate such requests….

Hello Dawna, 1. It is a normal to pay pay extra if you want an early check in and this is voluntary and not forced and you wanted it. 2. A couple of guests before you left the air conditioner running and froze & burst the pipes. So, yes we have decided to keep the air conditioner temperature to around 74ish so I do not have to deal with guests leaving their air conditioner running when they go out and freeze the pipe, which causes pipe bursts and I have to spend a lot to fix. 3. I sent you a picture of the stain on the mattress and offered to send you a video of the clogging in the toilet. What more can I do? 4. Pool heating is never free in any home that I know of. Similarly, grille cleaning & rental are also not free. Definitely, not for the price that you booked the home. 5. If you did not want to heat the pool in November, how am I to blame that the pool water temperature was cold? What is unfortunate is that none of your complaints in this review were shared with me even after you checked out. This is the first that I am hearing about these.... I reached out to you after you checked out with photos and video on the issue of the stained bed sheet and the clogged toilet. This a consequence of that. However, if I absorb all these costs from every guest, I cannot sustain !! My cleaning team told me that the house was left in a condition of complete mess. I accepted you bringing in an additional guest at the last moment, offered all of you free access to the club house and rushed my cleaning team to make an early check in possible for you. I was in touch with you during your stay to ensure you were comfortable. Given that you did not have a single issue during your stay, this review with issues is a just retaliation for me claiming costs for the stained bed sheet & clogged toilet !!

Hello, You were informed by VRBO that you were in violation of home rules by booking with wrong number of guests. I allowed you to add extra guests at no cost. It’s not fair for guests to book a certain number of guests and then bring double the number of friends….
