Beautiful apartment in residential area, 200 meters from the pedestrian streets of the old town and its shops

Housing
The apartment is located in the residential centre of Annecy, ideally placed to do everything on foot without a difference in altitude.
2 minutes walk from the old town, 5 minutes walk from the SNCF train station, 10 minutes walk from the lake by pedestrian.
The accommodation, equipped with a TV opens onto a terrace of 8m².
The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double).
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, freezer, raclette machine, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Washing machine in the bathroom.
Ironing board and iron available.
Linen will be provided for your stay. (sheets & towels)

High-speed WiFi and fiber are available in the apartment.
🅿️Private parking is included in the apartment reservation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Good to know: The road along the residence is very busy during tourist peaks.

Important: the apartment is non-smoking.

Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Unmistakable atmosphere of the Sunday morning market in the old town.
The last Saturday morning of every month, flea market in the old town for chinkers and curious.
Bike rental nearby. A superb bike path goes all around the lake.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Appartement très fonctionnel, manque rien pour vivre quotidiennement, grande salle de bain, parking privé et sécurisé top, cependant il aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement (joint salle de bain noir, lit griffé, accessoires salle de bain piqué de rouille). Appartement propre dans l'ensemble mais des details à revoir(poils meuble salle de bain, poussière sur les lampes au plafond, miettes dans congélateur, poussière dans bougeoir qui était sans bougie, ventilateur rempli de poussière obligé de le nettoyer complet pour nous en servir) son emplacement est très bien situé proche de la vieille ville avec restaurants, lac etc un vrai plus pas besoin de la voiture pour manger, se restaurer ou manger une bonne glace avec vue sur le lac) néanmoins la route passante une horreur impossible de dormir car malgré le petit ventilateur à disposition nous avions 29° 30° donc fenêtres ouvertes obligé du coup une horreur, même la journée on entend que ça sinon faut laisser tout fermés et même les fenêtres fermés nous entendons la circulation constante c'est vraiment dommage ça gâche un peu le séjour surtout qu'on a qu'une envie vite quitter le logement car bruyant et chaud alors qu'il est super agencé et beau.

Bel appartement à deux pas de tout. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Le seul petit bémol nous dirions que c'est le bruit étant donné que l'appartement donne sur une avenue où il y a beaucoup de circulation. Sinon rien à redire.

Apparemment propre.Prximite du centre. Littéraire de très bonne qualités. Équipements suffisants. Inconvénients absence totale du choffage en raisons du chauffage collectif.Seche serviettes ne fonctionnent pas. Les cheses du bar pas trop reposantes. Sans table et chaises normales. Pas de veritable foteille pour se reposer vraiment. Par conséquent de la fatigue cumule.Merci

Séjour au top !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, localisation au top, la place de parking est un vrai + L’appartement était très propre, le balcon super. Effectivement, c’est une rue passante mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé et pourtant nous avons dormi fenêtre ouverte. Il manque juste un ventilateur Nous relouerons cet appartement sans hésiter !

Appartement bien aménagé et situé proche du centre ville avec l'avantage d'une place de parking, mais la localisation de l'appartement donnant sur l'avenue Boschetti est insupportable surtout en période de chaleur où il est plus agréable d'ouvrir les fenêtres; Dommage.

Avantages : Très bon emplacement, tout peut se faire à pied, vieille ville à 2 pas, le lac, la gare... Parking sécurisé et GRATUIT !! Appartement fonctionnel. Inconvénients : Route très passagère, impossible de profiter de la terrasse AU CALME et de garder les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit pour profiter de la fraîcheur, fenêtres fermées, pas de bruit. Pas de porte entre la partie nuit et séjour, prévoir casque ou écouteurs pour regarder un film sur portable ou autres supports. Conclusion. Belle region à découvrir avec de multiples activités...

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé !

L'appartement est bien situé proche de la vieille ville d'Annecy par contre on est près de la route donc il y a le bruit de la circulation quand nous sommes pas habitué. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Le contact avec Aurélien était bien sympathique et est au petit soin avec les clients. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement. A recommander.

Studio fonctionnel et bien situé!

Studio très bien situé près de la vielle ville! Appartement neuf fonctionnel et propre. Bon contact avec Aurélien et est au petit soin! Petit bémol pas de porte entre la cuisine et la chambre. Beaucoup de circulation près de la route quand on est habitué à vivre au calme mais pour les vacances ça va. Très bon séjour ! A refaire...

Emplacement idéal

Proche du centre et du lac. L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé pour profiter d'Annecy et du lac à pied. Il est très bien équipé, propre, bon accueil. Seules petites réserves, pas de porte entre la chambre et la cuisine, bruyant la fenêtre ouverte et les volets roulants ne sont pas modulables, soit totalement ouverts, soit totalement fermés, un peu embêtant en plein été. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

5 min à pied de la partie touristique. Commerces tout proches. Une belle terrasse mais qui donne malheureusement sur une avenue très circulante.
