Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th floor balcony suite is just beachy with seaside tones and decor throughout. This is a great location on the top floor. Enjoy the balcony view from the comfort of the two sling back chairs. Or if you prefer, the queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam sleeper mattress or comfortable chair in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view or the 40" flatscreen TV. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the televisions (same channel line up as before 10/2023). Mirrored walls in the living room give this condo a spacious feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with the 4 burner stove top and oven. The bathroom has been remodeled recently to include a walk in shower with grab bar and plenty of storage space. The private bedroom is tiled. A new king Serta pillowtop mattress, ceiling fan and 26" flat screen TV makes the bedroom the perfect retreat during your ocean front stay. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Overall this was a great stay for the price and location. Not far from town and tourist locations. Our only complaint was the pool shut down 30 minutes before dawn. Night swimming is the best! Also the closed sign was left on one day so everyone thought it was down. We called to inquire that evening to find out it was left up values mistake. The other thing was our room had a slight stale smell and had food crumbs in the cabinet. We cleaned it ourselves. I would recommend this place for anyone having a weekend trip and not being in the room a lot.

The long drive from Virginia past some of the east coast great beaches should say something about how great it is! The room is a wonderful location and very comfortable and well kept up! It’s a second home to us now! The people who work here are amazing, so friendly and efficient. This place is so relaxing and peaceful! The pool is so nice. Short drive to St Augustine, so much to do nearby. We got back home from our trip last night and I’m not at all embarrassed to say we cried several times since we left. We LOVE this place!

The physical property, pool, walkways etc are in perfect shape. I did laundry & even the common laundry area was perfect. Our unit 410 was great. The bed was perfect. Most units are ocean front & it’s fun to watch the turtles in the dunes & be on eye level with the pelicans.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would give this hotel a rating of 4.5. The room was comfortable, but very outdated. The washer and dryer on the second floor washed my clothes, but they need to be cleaned regularly. The only negative about the room that would cause a .5 deduction would be that maintenance. Should install a toilet paper holder on the wall instead of the single holder on the floor. The staff in the office as well as the housekeeping people were very courteous and helpful. Again, a really nice place to stay at the beach.

The photos accurately represented the unit and it had everything I needed. I liked that it was close to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Also the ocean view was amazing to see every day. I also liked that the property was in a quiet area, but close enough to get to a few places including historic St. Augustine. I will be renting this unit again in the future.
