Esta suite con balcón en el cuarto piso está idealmente ubicada en el centro de nuestro edificio frente al mar. El balcón tiene una hermosa vista al mar. La sala de estar tiene pisos de baldosas y un sofá cama doble con colchón de espuma viscoelástica y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". La cocina está equipada con las comodidades estándar de la cocina, pero incluye una estufa de 4 quemadores y horno. El baño se actualizó con bañera, tocador y espejo. El dormitorio privado también tiene pisos de baldosas y una cama King y un televisor de pantalla plana de 20 ". NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS

The Getaway Of All Getaways!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of two and have stayed at Beacher's Lodge four times over the last several years. And I must say, it never disappoints! It is the perfect getaway place that doesn't feel like your average "beach town." Between the quiet location just 10 or so minutes outside of St. Augustine, you have lots of options to head out for food and fun in the beautiful downtown historic area. It's so charming and quaint that it almost feels European. The you get to head back to Crescent Beach and just relax either on your balcony with breathtaking view, by the pool or hang by the most lovely oceanside beach. I can't say enough good things about it! Just be aware that the units are on the small side, but plenty big enough for a family of 2-4. I recommend getti g a unthat has a TV in the bedroom and the living room, so you can have options to go your separate ways and chill. We absolutely love it here and we will be back!

quick trip

We arrived on a Monday night and had 2 full beach days. My husband and I have 2 teenage sons. The efficiency-size apartment worked fine for us because we spent most all our time outside. King bed and queen sofa sleeper were just great for us. LOVED the location! The pool was nice and property well-maintained. We would want to return to Crescent Beach.

Wonderful View, but the unit needs renovation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of the ocean was superb! The unit itself was old and needed renovation: (1) the stove was greasy and had a lot of built up debris. (2) The bathroom had a urine smell. (3) the furniture was old and worn. (4) the light in the unit was so bad we could not read. The unit needs more light fixtures and higher wattage light bulbs. I highly recommend Beechers but not this unit!

No way

Needs a total update. Can’t cook on stove. Furniture is uncomfortable. Sofa material is like steal wool, recliner is taped with electric tape. Bathroom is so small you can’t stand in the shower without hitting your elbows. Can’t open or close bathroom door with mate on the floor. Forget watching tv. Will not stay in that condo ever again. The Beachers Lodge is our go to place. We do recommend them. Just very unhappy with this stay!

But individual units vary in quality, condition and upgrades. 417 presents beautifully and was well-maintained. But, the king size bed is too hard and the stools at "dining table" are not comfortable for anyone over 60.

Exactly as Described!

The view from our balcony, albeit a bit COLD, even for Florida this time of year, was beautiful. We lucked out and got to watch a spectacular sunset rocket launch to the south from SpaceX at Cape Canaveral. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen was equipped with basic essentials and all appliances were in excellent working condition. Would definitely choose this unit (and Beacher's Lodge) again!

This was our third time staying and it did not disappoint.The view from the room is all you can ask for from a beachfront property! The rooms are modestly small, but perfect for two people. The a/c unit it a little loud, but it was ok. The beach and pool were clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. There are plenty of places to dine out, and some of our favorites included Viola's Italian in Cresent Beach and Columbia (Spanish) in the heart of St. Augustine and we also enjoyed Salt Life.I am already dreaming about my return to Cresent Beach another stay at Beacher's Lodge! :)

Weekend Getaway

The property is an older beach hotel with updates to keep up with times. The one bedroom, one bath, small condo we stayed in was perfect for us. Though the pull out sofa needs to be replaced and besides the need to the spray for ants in the room, it was great. Don’t forget there is a pull down shade on patio. We were not aware til it was too late and there were hundreds of mosquitoes on the ceiling over the patio. They didn’t seem to care they got sprayed with bug spray, lol. Be aware of the (only) lady working in the lobby, lol. She doesn’t like to give out anything extra. The coffee pot only holds 4 cups. With my mom being retired, that’s the only thing she drinks and when you are in need of such coffee, the lady in lobby is stingy with those Foldger bags, lol. There were a few ants on the counter when arrived but it wasn’t a big issue after killing a few per day. The property, itself, is just what I expected. Older, yet a little updated. The bedding, glasses and bathroom were all very clean. Honestly, it was perfect for a getaway with my mom and daughter and I. Getting up every morning to sit on patio to look at beach was perfect bc you are right there, at the beach with the smell of the saltwater. Very short walking distance to the pool or to the gate to walk to the beach. Perfect driving distance to eateries on A1A. Overall, we would love to stay again!

It had a nice layout and each unit has the owner’s style. Ours was a bit dated as you had to lift up the bathroom door to close it! Sanding down the side of the door were the latch is an easy fit! The stove was old with the individual corkscrew burners but all said a pleasant room with a beach view from the balcony! We would go there again!! They had a nice event room were the ceremony was held!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time on the beach. We have always loved staying at Beachers Lodge. We will stay in this room again. The stains on the couch were significant and there were holes in the wall of the bathroom. There were No sheets on the pull out couch. Finally, the guests on the balcony below us smoked weed the entire time we stayed which gave us headaches and sore throats making it difficult to sit on the balcony. It came through the air conditioning unit, too. As long as we were on the beach, it was a fabulous stay. We will just compose a different room next time and hope for non-smoking guests as neighbors.
