Fantastic spacious property in a very private location about half way between Rhodes and Lindos. The house is split with each fllor linked via an external staircase which worked for us. The pool was a huge hit, and it was amazing to have the option of gym, hot-tub, and steam -room. An ideal house for a relaxing family get-away.

The check in was easy and good location. A car is useful but there is a village in walking distance (20 minutes) with a small variety of bars, shops and restaurants. The layout of the property was great for us as there was a self contained area for a couple on their own and another for family and children. The issues were: * Hot tub was not working.* Jacuzzi bath in master bedroom not working. * Cracked glass doors in the spa area which worried us with children running about. * Gym equipment dated and not really fit for purpose, for example you could not run on the treadmill.* Many fixtures and fittings around the property were dated or broken. One of us was locked in a bathroom for 20 minutes! But very quick response when a broken toaster was reported. * Swimming pool a bit grubby and the water stained all of our light coloured swim wear. We didn't report all of the issues at the time as nothing was urgent and wouldn't have been dealt with during our stay without disruption to us.Overall, despite the issues we had a nice stay and the property is very spacious. Communication with the host and property management was excellent. It was not however the luxurious villa we had anticipated for the price we paid.

Check in - called number no response. Drove to address given on VRBO, wrong address. Finally got through on phone and got address and key box code. Then had to find key box! Property description- not luxury, Very tired with damaged and broken fixtures and fittings. No basin/bath plugs-unable to use jacuzzi bath. Crockery too big for small dishwasher. 5kg washing machine insufficient for property occupancy size. Only one fully equipped kitchen upstairs, downstairs just fridge and sink with no crockery or cooking facilities. Gym- machines not maintained- running machine needs track tightening and is dangerous to use as it slips. Hot tub no instructions and very decayed. Chlorine levels too high. An absolute disappointment for us as the property has such great potential if it was as described and well maintained. The garden/pool area is lovely but pool needs some attention and the sun beds need fixing and cushions washing. Outdoor shower needs a good descale or replacing. Outdoor kitchen again great potential but not maintained. Sink was blocked and the tap broken. We contacted the rental company regarding some or the issues and a blocked drain in shower room. The drain was fixed but nothing further was addressed apart from some basic instructions for the washer and dish washer. (There are no instructions, house rules or general advice in the villa)Lovely location. The property was clean in general and we made the best of our holiday but sadly we would not return

Hier ist alles super!

Grundsätzlich war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool wird jede Nacht gesäubert (davon bekommt man nichts mit). Es gibt zwei große Kühlschränke. Es gibt genug Hand- und Badetücher zum Duschen oder für den Pool. Lediglich ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien hätten es sein können. Die Villa ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Lovely Villa, Its a good 10 min walk to bus stop so would advise a hire car.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung

Großzügiges Feriendomizil auch gut für größere Gruppen geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nähere Umgebung ist gut oder Bus oder Taxi zu erreichen.

Prachtig mooie villa met zwembad

Mooie villa centraal gelegen op het eiland. Met eigen welness waaronder zwembad, jacuzzi, stoomcabine en gymzaal. Bij aankomst was George er om ons alles te laten zien en hoe alles werkt. Perfecte service, schoon en netjes. Aan alles was gedacht zelfs boodschappen voor de eerste dag super! We komen vast nog een keer terug.

Great service from booking, to arrival, to departure Lovely Villa great pool , immaculate inside Location requires a car but then it’s 5 mins into Afantou for bars , restaurants and other bits Supermarket 5 mins away and places like Lindos and Rhodes Town were 30-40 mins drive

Spacious house, amazing pool area

What a wonderful week we had staying at this house! We were 2 families, each with 2 kids, age from 2 to 7. Very spacious, with main kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and second kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor, in addition to fitness room, jacuzzi etc. Well equipped main kitchen, all towels and pool towels were provided, and we really appreciated that the basics - dishwasher/washing mashine tabs, toilet paper etc etc were provided, and enough for the whole stay. The pool area was just perfect, kids did not want to stay long out on the beaches, it was always highlight of the day to come back to the house and jump in the pool. :) The barbecue area was great too, but we used it only once since we discovered that some local restaurants do the food delivery - perfect for us and those who do not want to spend their holiday time making dinner every day :) We ordered from Four Seasons Afandou several times. We thought we would eat more by the pool area, but the main kitchen was on the 1st floor - not a problem really, we used the table on the terrace outside the entrance upstairs, and it worked very well, both for breakfast and dinner. Just different from expectations since this is not easy to see from the pictures.. Distance to famous beaches was not hassle at all, Afandou beach is in walking distance (very nice and quiet beach), Anthony Quinn Bay 10 minutes by car, Faliraki just a little bit further, Rhodes town under 30 minutes, Tsambika beach maybe 15-20 minutes, Beach of Lindos 30-40 minutes. Ants come for free with probably every house rental we did before, just try to keep them out by not leaving any food / bread crumbs / fruit etc.. behind in the kitchen, on the tables or outside on the ground.

a fantastic villa

We took our family to include two grandchildren (2.5 and 5 yeas old) and we all had a fabulous time. The children particularly enjoyed the pool and play area. The bbq area was perfect. Wonderful space both in and around the villa for play and/or quiet times. Easily accessible to the Village but a car is recommended. The owner was extremely helpful and his mother's "welcome" cake was capable of winning the bake off! We would have no hesitation in going back and indeed would hope to do so.
