Bathroom attached to the bedroom and only the person in the sleeping room can access the lavatory, again not shared. An in-law suite type space/Man Cave. DORM SIZE. Furnished. Smart TV. Streaming TV. WIFI Perfect for short term temporary stays. Convenient store next door. Residential Business mixed neighborhood. Many unique restaurants. Two blocks from the Famous Cuyahoga River with a historic scenic overlook, hiking along the River and restaurants where you can dine over the river. Also 17 min. from Blossom Music Center. Apx. 9 minutes from The Cuyahoga National Forest. Self-check in optional with signing an addendum of a virtual walk through or in person. Parking 4th Street Only. Exterior cams on both driveways toward street. Pizza Restaurant 5 houses down on same street Sackett/6th Street with TVs to watch sports. Unique Soaps. Fresh clean towels lines. Not recommended for 2 people because it’s a twin LX bed. Fishing poles, Kayak, Gold Panning supplies upon request. Maps of the local area. Large maps of the Cuyahoga Valley hiking and biking trails. Hiking gear provided. Backpack with 80 piece survival kit. Continental breakfast for an extra charge, You may see wild deer, racoons, and coyote was seen 3 blocks up by the train tracks in this area. The national forest does inhabitant black bear, bald eagles and other wild life on occasion you may encounter this so please be aware if hiking. This location is near other houses, apartments, library, Host resides near or on the property next door. There are two houses on one lot. On this property resides a veteran and a security guard. If you would like to just stay here without the outdoors equipment use that's perfectly fine, our theme revolves around the river and national forest. Please request if you want spring water provided. Its FREE no extra charge.

Quaint and cozy cabin styled apartment

The apartment was cute and quaint and was decorated to feel like a cozy cabin in the woods. The host was very communicative and key in tough with us as well as gave us suggestions of things to check out in the area.

Worth every penny.

It was a nice temporary living situation while i completed my student teaching. Very comfortable and had a good amount of space to relax. Very quiet and didnt interact with the neighbors a lot but they were nice when i saw them. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in this area for whatever reason

The Basics

This Vrbo is clean and comfortable. It was great for me becaise it was close to everything in the Falls. The owner was great. She even responded quickly when i accidentally locked myself out. It's not a fancy place, but comfortable and convenient. It's got the basics covered.

Clean Space in Great Location with Good Amenities

The space was very clean, functional, and had all of the amenities you would need. We were not placed in the space listed, though we did end up in a larger unit with a separate bedroom. Our check-in was a little confusing and communications could be slow at times throughout our stay, but we were consistently assisted by our friendly hosts. All in all, it was a good spot in a great location.

Not one towel in the place to dry off after shower. Wash rag that was there was the oldest rag ever. Cat/dog hair on the bed and pillows. No curtain or shade on bedroom window. Pictures on VRBO ad we’re not the same place. VRBO took my complaint but they have done very little to remedy the situation even after I sent pictures.

Stay away!!!!

Booked my stay from November 16- December 1st. The hosts were generous enough to meet me the night before my check-in. Was given a set of keys and a brief overview of the neighborhood. Immediately noticed that the porch light was out and the stairs were very dark. Julie said she would come back the next day to put a new bulb in so I could see to unlock the door and not fall down the stairs. Once I walked in the unit, I immediately noticed that the description of the property isn’t entirely accurate. The space is very small but the photos do not actually depict the space you’re renting. There is no futon. There is no coffee maker. There is no toaster. The laundry facilities were not able to be used. The bed is very stiff. Only one of the pillows had a pillow case on it. The shower, at first, looks very dirty with all the blue paint all over it but I believe they did that on purpose to make it more “ocean like”. They have part of the bathroom floor covered in a different type of tile which makes it raised up in places. There is a fridge available for use. The TV stopped working on day 2. Julie never came back to fix the light or put a pillow case on the second pillow. Two of the biggest issues were the fact that there was a mouse on bed when I walked in on the third day and I was approached by an older man and asked if I wanted to buy some meth from him when I was outside the rental. The neighborhood is interesting to say the least. Book somewhere else.

Close to Cuyahoga River, National Forest, Blosom and more. We provide detailed maps of the forest and local trails. 20 minutes from the MGM casino and horse races in Summit County. The horse races are free of charge and run all winter on certain days weather permitting. Under 18 ok for horse races. Reservations available at the Cleveland Browns former quarter back Bernie Kosar restaurant inside the MGM over18 only. We include Kayaks however transportation is an additional fee. Spring water is delivered to this property monthly from Sunrise Springs formerly Geauga Springs and Kothera Inc. FREE!
