Tidewater Beach Resort is a gulf-front property that sits within walking distance of Pier Park, one of the most beloved spots in Panama City Beach with over 100 stores, restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and countless other forms of entertainment. Stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier at sunset (three-quarters of a mile east), take a fishing trip with Stingray Fishing Charters, and find fun-filled nightlife at Coyote Ugly, Salty Goat Saloon, or Schooners Last Local Beach Club.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 17.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
