As you walk into the living space you will be amazed by the floor to ceiling windows that engulf you in incredible oceanfront views all around. The balcony overlooks the pool & provides a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the gulf or watching the fireworks that often light up the sky from the pier at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay – Keurig & regular style coffee pot, blender, cookware & utensils, etc. There is a large dining area just off the kitchen & plenty of storage space throughout the unit. There are games & books in the unit for guests to enjoy. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, cooler, & beach toys are provided in the unit for guests to use. This unit is only one flight of stairs above the 2nd floor walkway to the parking garage or lobby so you can avoid elevators during busy times or if you prefer an elevator, one is located just outside of your private hallway.
