THE VIEW
From this charming south-facing condo you can enjoy beautiful garden and ocean views. Enjoy the ocean waves, sounds of cascading waterfalls, bubbling brooks, and swaying palm trees.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6.

LIVING AREAS
The living area is comfortably furnished with enough seating for 6 with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, two leather accent chairs, and a leather recliner. There is also a flat-screen TV in the living room with DVD/BluRay capabilities. The TV is also equipped with a cable package with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath features a combination tub/shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a large walk-in shower.

SLEEPING
G218 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has a comfortable Cali King size bed that will assure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom also features a leather reclining chair, a flat-screen TV, and a BluRay player as well. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV with cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-G218 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

G218 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

Great Beach Vacation

We have stayed in North Coast Village before and love the proximity to the beach, amenities, and privacy of the complex. We especially enjoyed this stay because the owners were very communicative and provided step-by-step instructions so we didn't have to worry about the check-in process, what to bring, etc. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

Family Vacation

Good directions for finding location and check in process. Unit was perfect size for our family of 4 (with 2 teenage boys). Had everything we needed, from beach toys, chairs, umbrella, to kitchen supplies, etc. Very short walk to the beach, great coastline. The harbor was close enough to walk to as well. I highly recommend and would visit again.

Great location!

Location was perfect; one of the fans was wonkey and dust, the fans were essential since there is no AC (would have been nice to know ahead of time). There were some ants; but given the age and location, I guess that is to be expected. The tub drain needed to be unclogged.... for the price and location, I would stay here again, I would bring my own fans though. Thanks for the memories!

What a great stay

Overall property: huge rambling property with gorgeous landscaping everywhere. There are hundreds of condos in the place but the setup makes it feel small, comfortable, and quiet. Beautiful flowers, bunnies, koi, birds... Clean laundry facilities, gorgeous pool, wonderful grounds. The individual condo (from on-the-sand) was GREAT. Comfortable, clean, stylish without feeling like a hotel or a museum. Lots of nice touches for things I wouldn't necessarily think to bring, but which were needed (beach towels (we expected to have to buy them), casserole dishes, a butter dish, wine glasses, cookie sheets, etc). I have stayed at North Coast Village before but this is the first time I've wanted to go back to the very same unit. I will definitely return.

Great location...unit needs major update

We stayed for 3 months from January to March. We love the facilities and location but the unit needs major update and maintenance. Con of our stay… be aware that both bathrooms are in the bedroom themselves so guest MUST enter a bedroom to use any of the bathrooms. Some furniture needs update, especially the king size bed. There is a noticeable dip in the middle that makes it uncomfortable. We had to request a few replacements for kitchen appliances and linen sheets with holes in them and one broken chair, as well the beach chairs is usable but straps are broken and it is dirty and rusty. The unit really requires a major deep clean and updated furniture like a dedicated working desk instead of just a side table. Although the management company is responsive, they have too many staff who do not communicate with each other to make you feel like you are important to them. The unit had 2 major water leak from the master bath and it took them 5 tries to fix it and they don’t really give you notice, they just show up and enter the unit with only a knock. They don’t really wait for an answer before coming on. It really disrupt our stay not to mention having people come every week to replace something or fix something in the unit. Plus, we have stayed in this complex on and off for 10 years on the second level but this unit was the noisiest. The upstairs people were constantly running back and forth at all hours of the day and nights, banging or dropping things on the floor, parties until 5 am, constant scrapping of chairs that made our stay soooo much worse than the other stuff. You knew exactly the moment they came home. It was like there was only sheet rock separating us from the upstairs not a whole floor. Not anyone’s fault but take into consideration when you are thinking of renting.

We loved our stay at this condo this year! Super clean, plenty of fans to keep us cool since there’s no a/c, and overall beautiful location. They provided many clean bath and beach towels and included beach equipment which we loved! Super spacious here too. Would 100% come back!

We loved it

It was our first time staying at a condo in North Coast Village and it was so great! The grounds and facilities were really nice although many were still closed due to covid. The condo is furnished nicely (love the mosaics!) and well stocked. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc and the kitchen has anything you might need for cooking. It was very humid the week we were there but there were enough fans to keep us cool at night. Parking is convenient- close to the stairs and elevator and the beach and harbor are very close. We'll be back!
