Parking nightmare

We loved the spacious unit but parking is awful! The only parking for this complex is across the street and the pathway to the unit is by taking several sets of elevator rides to get to get to the 21st floor. To make things worse, 4 of the 8 elevators for the complex were down making wait times as long as 30 minutes. Leaving the premises in your car to eat or get groceries is an ordeal.

Great location-very clean

The condo was very clean which was very appreciated. Vacasa was attentive. The location was perfect! Close to Pier Park and other activities. The only complaint is the furniture is outdated & very worn. The bed could use replacing. Beach access has steps instead of a ramp which made using a wagon difficult. But the condo sits on the beach and the water is wonderfully visible from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing family trip 2024!

We had Amazing views and was able to witness multiple types of marina life during our stay . The pool area was great because the kids enjoy the pool while we enjoyed some drinks at the shack. Overall it was a great place for our family vacation.

Room was clean and beautiful with gray views: the mattresses in the bedrooms are old and uncomfortable but still worth every penny. We had an amazing time and canā€™t wait to book again!

Location and amenities of the resort were great! You are in walking distance of food & shopping. The condo itself had a good layout. However, the furnishings could use updating, especially the mattresses - not comfortable at all. We absolutely enjoyed everything about the stay except sleeping. Our backs hurt, and we did not awake well rested. However, if you enjoy an extra firm mattress then this place would be 5 star for you.

Spacious and great view

This condo has a nice floorplan and beautiful view. The master access to the balcony is nice. The view is amazing and the resort is clean with great amenities and fast elevators. There are no beach towels or sand toys. The washing machine is extremely loud and will keep you awake if you try to wash at night. Overall good stay and we would recommend this condo.

Nice property

The condo was spacious and had a great view but the unit is lacking many things. The front large burner on the stove was completely broken and unusable. There wasnā€™t enough kitchen essentials. One knife was all that was supplied. The blender is from 1942 and the can opener did not work. The washing machine is so loud that you cannot wash while you are in the unit. The furniture is old and dingy. For a condo that sleeps 8 people, there was only enough seating for 4 people in the living room. The mattress in the master needs to be updated. You can feel the springs coming through. The shower door in the master bath does not close. I called Vacasa to see if some of the problems could be seen about and as of check-out we still had not seen anyone. They were supposed to be there 3 days ago. Although there were many problems, the room was very clean.

Last Minute Vacation

We booked this condo last minute after a change in vacay plans. It was nice and roomy for 4 adults, a 2 year old, an a 9 month old. The condo itself was nice, it got the job done. The washer wasnā€™t my favorite, it sounded like someone threw silverware in with our clothes. The beds werenā€™t the comfiest, but weā€™ve definitely slept in worse. Loved the huge dinner table to eat at. The large bathtubs were a hit with the babies. There were 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a gym, sky bar, pool bar, small concession-like stand with pizza, burgers, hotdogs, nachos, ice cream, outdoor games, etc. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly! We would come back again despite the things I mentioned above.

An affordable beach get-away!

The property is in the Emerald which is the Wyndham time share / condo. The facilities were pretty nice - the pool was nice; the hot tub was nice; the second pool seemed nice though we didn't use it. Other than one set of elevators being out - most of the facilities were in tact. Other reviewers commented on the elevators being a big issue - we didn't have any major issue. Overall the condo was nice, clean, and spacious. It would have been nice to have a bit more supplies in the kitchen - things like oil, some basic spices, coffee & tea - would have just made it a bit easier to set up easily. But we had a good time and it served our needs. The beach in that area is quite nice. The area overall is a little eh. There are no sidewalks. It's walking distance to a few restaurants - but overall PCB is less expensive for a reason... lol. But the sand and water are the same as nicer areas!

Clean & Spacious

My family had a blast staying at this condo. Itā€™s right on the beach and the resort has 2 pools. My girls loved the pool next to the parking garage with all the water features even more than the beach side pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Room2131 canceled at 3 pm due to black mold.

I was in Panama waiting to check in to room. When I received a call that my room has been canceled because of black mold. I didnā€™t get a condo that I paid for!

Stay on a lower floor

There are 8 elevators in the main building and it appears that only two were operational at any given time. We had a great time besides the ridiculous elevator situation.
