Luxury Apartment Toi & Moi the famous French poet Paul Geraldi’s grande mansion until his death in1983, has been renovated and restored to consist of 7 beautiful apartments situated in sumptuous gardens, offering breathtaking views of the sea and St. Tropez Bay.
Ste Maxime, a gem on the Cote de Azur, offering tranquility and peace yet is only 15 kilometres from bustling Ste. Tropez - a 15 min. ferry ride across the bay, from the port.
The luxurious accommodation offers 2 double bedrooms, each with spacious en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 5 piece bath and remote control black out patio blinds and private terrace, with expansive views of the sea.
The floor plan of the apartment is an open concept living room, dining and kitchen. There are 12 foot high ceiling, ceramic floors and sets of patio doors leading to a lovely terrace that spans full width of the apartment and offers unobstructed views of the Mediterranean and Ste Tropez Bay. Unparalleled ambiance. We have a large swimming pool which is shared with the other 6 apartments in the Villa.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessities of your ‘home away from home’ All linen, towels, beach towels, kitchen wears, hairdryers etc are provided. You only need to bring your personal items.
This private villa, accessed through the coded gates, offers a shared swimming pool (for the 7 apartments ), exquisite gardens, magnificent views and safe on site parking.
The rental fee is in euros and is inclusive of parking. Minimum stay is 7 nights -Saturday check in from 4pm. with a 10am check out. Strict Saturday turn around. and check in from 4pm so that the property could be cleaned properly for the arrivals. Please phone Valerie the Wednesday before arrival with your arrival details. Her number will be given to you with the booking. She will meet you at the property with all details you will need for a pleasant stay.
Damage deposit of 200 euros is required on arrival and will be returned in cash upon arrival satisfactory departure. We also require €185 in cash on arrival which is a one off charge regardless of the length of the stay , for management, a thorough cleaning, supply of linen, bath and beach towels . We are very conscious of making the apartment COVID FREE Cleanness is a top priority.

This is our home from home which we just adore, bought in 1996. We try to come here whenever time permits. I have two daughters and 4 grandchildren who holiday here often as possible. I live in London so my good friend Valerie looks after the property. She is a perfectionist so the apartment is always in perfect condition. She lives in Ste Maxime, so is on hand if needs be. We need visitors to request bookings no less than two weeks in advance so that we can be sure to accept the booking.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is beautifully decorated and the villa has been renovated without distroying the magnificence of the old mansion. Our apartment is cosy and very comfortable, with all that you will need. The property is situated in a very quite area, even though its in walking distance of the pretty town of Sainte Maxime. Hairdryers, beach towels etc all provided. Bring along your own iPad or lap top. whi fi is provided.

Magnificent views. Very comfortable. Great position. Total peace. Very near to the center of the pretty town of Sainte Maxime. Value for money. The property is a second home so its very well equiped. We have secure parking in the grounds. There is a large pool situated in a very nice pool area, comfortable lounges, washrooms etc.
