Looking across at st Tropez

Lovely place, great views, nice indoor and outdoor furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Would come again (especially now that I know how to get in!)

Great location

Great location with even better views. The property had air condition which was nice since it was very hot and humid. The check in process was a little confusing but once figured out it was fine. Overall, would recommend this property.

Magical space

This location was spectacular. The wrap around views were stunning. The house was very well appointed with a chefs kitchen with everything you would need. It was very comfortable for my family of 4. I would highly recommend this property.

Holiday in South of France

Overall a great property with amazing views of the coastline and good access to the beach / swimming pool. Only watch out for families - the 3rd room / loft is very small roofline so only very young kids can really go up there. Host was responsive to our questions.

We spent a fabulous week in this lovely home which had the most incredible views over the sea (as depicted in the photo). The setting is amazing and everything worked beautifully. Thank you!

34 Meter Höhenunterschied, 160 Stufen zu gehen. Aufzug Schwimmbad defekt, keinen Parkplatz in UnterkunftsnĂ€he. Nachricht an Fewo/Vermieterin:Am 05.09.2025 haben wir die Unterkunft bezogen und sichtbare FeuchtigkeitsmĂ€ngel in den WĂ€nden, der Zimmerdecke und den Fußleisten festgestellt. Wir haben die Vermieterin mit Fotos darĂŒber informiert. Darauf kam keine RĂŒckmeldung. Am Samstag, dem 13.09.25 hat es stark geregnet. Gegen 18:00 Uhr lief Wasser aus der Zimmerdecke im 1.Obergeschoss ins Erdgeschoss. Wir konnten den Wasserfluss mit Eimer und Töpfen auffangen. Das Zimmer unserer Tochter stand völlig unter Wasser. Auch wurde ihr Koffer mit KleidungsstĂŒcken durchnĂ€sst. Wir hatten einige Stunden damit zu tun, den Zimmerboden im 1.Obergeschoss sowie Erdgeschoss vom Wasser zu trocknen. Das Zimmer im 1.OG konnte nicht genutzt werden. Mit Hilfe der Klimaanlage konnte das Zimmer ĂŒber Nacht entfeuchtet werden. Wir haben noch wĂ€hrend des Wassereinbruchs die Vermieterin kontaktiert. Die Antwort war lediglich, dass wir die nasse Kleidung ja waschen können. Wir haben Fotos und Videoaufnahmen an die Vermieterin gesendet und um eine finanzielle EntschĂ€digung gebeten. Dazu baten wir um ein Angebot. Leider haben wir keine RĂŒckmeldung bekommen. Bitte geben Sie uns ein Feedback bezĂŒglich dieser Angelegenheit. Die Bilder und Videos können wir Ihnen jederzeit zusenden.

Een fantastisch verblijf

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, is zeer netjes en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Het contact met de eigenaar was erg plezierig! Het complex wordt keurig onderhouden, heeft een buitenlift zodat je niet alle trappen weer omhoog hoeft te lopen en en er is een privé doorgang naar het strand. We hebben genoten!

Avec ma compagne et mes 2 grands enfants nous avons passĂ© une trĂ©s belle semaine a Ste Maxime via la location au Clos de la Madrague . L'appartement est trĂ©s agrĂ©able, belles prestations intĂ©rieures ( agencement des piĂ©ces, balcons ...) et extĂ©rieures ( tennis, piscine ...) , trĂ©s confortable, une vue imprenable sur la baie , accĂ©s facile et privatif Ă  la plage ... Agréable duplex avec une vue splendide sur la mer

Malgré un temps souvent gris voire pluvieux (c'est parfois le cas dans cette région à cette époque de l'année), nous avons passé un agréable séjour à deux (+ un chat !) dans cette résidence située à flanc de colline, face à la mer. Points forts : la vue splendide (encore plus belle à l'étage), la situation à l'abri des regards malgré la mitoyenneté, la propreté impeccable, les 2 terrasses bien exposées et équipées, la belle chambre principale, la cuisine bien équipée, le Wifi ... Sans oublier la disponibilité et l'amabilité de la propriétaire. Petits bémols : la mitoyenneté des maisonnettes (qui font d'ailleurs plus penser à des appartements en duplex qu'à des maisons), le manque d'accessibilité (mieux vaut avoir de bonnes jambes), l'escalier qui monte à l'étage un peu raide aussi, la situation un peu éloignée du parking (le téléphérique était en panne le jour de notre arrivée)...

IdĂ©al mĂȘme en plein hiver

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine dans cette maison dĂ©but janvier 2022. Tout Ă©tait conforme Ă  la description! Situation de la maison, qualitĂ© de l’équipement et communication avec la propriĂ©taire furent irrĂ©prochables. Souvent les rĂ©sidences dans le sud sont mal isolĂ©es. Ici , malgrĂ© le froid, le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement. Nous pensons dĂ©jĂ  Ă  y retourner cette annĂ©e ;-)!

ST MAXIME

Séjour trÚs agréable dans un trÚs bel appartement au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de St Tropez. St Maxime est une ville avec un centre sympathique et animé. En hiver l'accÚs à St Tropez est rapide en voiture. Une navette bateau existe également.

Excellent séjour

Appartement trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© . La vue est magnifique. Les explications donnĂ©es pour accĂ©der Ă©taient claires et prĂ©cises . La description et les photos correspondent Ă  ce que l’on trouve en arrivant. Le centre de sainte maxime est bien Ă  15 minutes Ă  pied mais pour se promener c’est bien. Pour faire des courses mieux vaut prendre la voiture . Tout Ă  Ă©tĂ© super durant ce sĂ©jour . Merci

Our family bought form the origin in this property, which is in an exceptionnel and one the oldest area in Sainte-Maxime, just at the beginning of the "golfe de Saint-Tropez. We bought this terrace house which is at a dominating position of the "belvedere hill" in 2016 and we make a complete renovation with a "tropical holidays modern" and comfortable decoration.
We will be very helpful if you need any advise for your stay as we know the CĂŽte d'Azur since a long time... You are welcome!
And if you are "ski found", we are also owners of a little chalet for 4/6 guests in the 3 Valleys...
