3rd bedroom non-conforming

Place was great, super clean and up-to-date. Only complaint was the 3rd bedroom doesn’t technically qualify as a bedroom under Colorado law as it didn’t have a window. It’s likely an office, fairly small, tiny closet that didn’t open all the way as the nightstand was too close. Wouldn’t necessarily rent this particular unit again, but maybe another unit in the building. Listing should be updated though as it may not work for some.
