Idéal pour les familles, ce T3 spacieux pour 5 personnes offre confort et tranquillité. Situé à seulement 100m de la plage et à 10 minutes du centre-ville, dans un quartier calme et arboré.

Ce charmant appartement se compose d’un salon confortable avec télévision, Wi-Fi, canapé convertible en 140 cm, table à manger et chaises, ainsi qu’une cheminée et un accès à un petit balcon.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec four, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, hotte, réfrigérateur/congélateur, grille-pain, cafetière et bouilloire, pour un maximum de confort.

La suite parentale dispose d’un lit en 160 cm, d’un placard et d’un accès à un autre petit balcon. La salle d’eau attenante, entièrement rénovée, comprend un lave-linge, une douche à l’italienne et un meuble vasque. Les WC sont séparés.

Une seconde chambre, idéale pour les enfants, offre un lit superposé et un lit supplémentaire en 90 cm. Enfin, une place de parking privative est à votre disposition.

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple avec enfants, alliant confort et praticité.

Bel emplacement, appartement agréable

Les +: Appartement idéalement situé à 5min à pied de la plage et à 20min du centre ville. Appartement lumineux et joliment décoré, bien équipé (Lave vaisselle, machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine), emplacement de parking à disposition, situé dans jardin arboré. Les -: Cuisine étriquée, matelas parental vieillissant et lit étroit (140*190 avec bois de lit: grands gabarits très à l'étroit). Service minimum (mais toutefois sympathique!) assuré par l'agence en charge de la gestion locative.
