Charming apartment on the ground floor of 63 m2 fully tiled divided into several spaces:
- a living room with kitchen and the possibility of two dining areas
- two bedrooms closed by sliding canopy
- 1 shower room
- separate toilets
Private fenced and paved terrace of 30 m2 facing south east
Most: a private and shaded parking space very close

Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto espresso, plancha, kettle, dishes)
Duvets and pillows are provided but not bed linen.
At 50 m from the apartment, you will find many shops: restaurant, bar, bicycle and pedal car rental, ice cream parlor, frills ... The market which takes place every day is accessible on foot in 10 minutes as well as the city center where you will find all the shops: butcher, bakery, super U, newsagent, tourist office ....
Everything to have a great stay without taking the car if you wish.
A parking space very close to the residence, (on a secure car park accessible by remote control which will be provided to you on arrival) is reserved for you in order to facilitate your parking when you return from your discovery tours of the region.

Super hébergement tres tres bien situé. L'aménagement est tres fonctionnel et tres bien fourni en vaisselle et appareils électriques. Superbe séjour à St Georges de Didonne

Appartement trÚs bien situé, proche plage et commerces. Pas besoin de la voiture. Il y a un petit marché tous les jours avec des commerçants sympathiques. La propriétaire est trÚs agréable et tout est bien expliqué. Les équipements sont nombreux et en trÚs bon état. Seul petit point faible, l'appartement du dessus un peu bruyant.

L’emplacement est idĂ©al pour une famille avec enfants: proche de la mer (3 min Ă  pieds), proche du centre ville (10 min Ă  pieds) Le logement correspond parfaitement Ă  la description. Les chambres sont sans fenĂȘtre, avec la canicule difficile de faire circuler un peu d’air. La cuisine est ultra Ă©quipĂ©e (ustensiles, vaisselles, produits de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ©), nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. La literie est de bonne qualitĂ©, suffisamment de rangements dans les chambres. Le plus: une place de parking Ă  proximitĂ© (5-6 min Ă  pieds), ça dĂ©panne bien pendant la pĂ©riode pleine. En conclusion, je recommande Ă  100%, nous avons bien profitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour, en intĂ©rieur comme en extĂ©rieur.

agréable et trÚs bien situé

location propre , soignée , plus grande que ne laissent prévoir les photos , équipement excellent . Le grand plus est sa situation exceptionnelle à quelques pas de la plage . Mais qui dit proche de la plage dit circulation importante et le bruit qui va avec , l'isolation de la baie vitrée est bonne donc coupe le bruit mais étant la seule source d'aération de la location , c'était parfois compliqué quand on cherche le calme. la literie est bonne , petit point négatif l'isolation avec les voisins que l'on entend assez fort aux heures du coucher et lever . je recommande néanmoins cette location :)

Nous avons passĂ© de bonnes vacances, l’appartement est Ă  30 mĂštres de la plage et surtout bien Ă©quipĂ©, il ne manque rien ! Il faudrait juste revoir la literie et l’isolation car nous entendion les voisins du dessus.
