Lease my One Week Time Share Villa in the Westin Desert Willow in Palm Desert California during one of the Coachella weekends for seven nights beginning Friday, April 15, 2022. This listing is for a one week (seven night) time share beginning April 15, 2022 and must be booked for the entire seven days.

One King bedroom, one bath, sofa bed, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchenette, modern buildings, balcony, 600 square foot living area, large tub/shower. About 14 miles to Choachella festival.

Multiple pools on property including kids and adult pools. Small restaurant, business center, convenience store on property. Private gated facility. Private parking. Desert Willow golf course travels through property.

Westin Heavenly® Bed and Westin Heavenly® Bath. Living area is separated from bed by privacy wall. Maximum Occupancy: 4, hair dryer, table with seating for 4, iron and ironing board, two flat screen TV's, DVD player, coffee maker. Cribs and rollaway beds not permitted. Refrigerator, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, silverware and dishes..

Fresh linens on arrival and once in middle of stay. No daily maid service. No pets. Westin fitness facility.

Happily retired fellow in Bend, Oregon looking to lease one of my timeshares for the first Coachella weekend. Usually we use the Villa ourselves for Coachella, but can't make it this year. Bummer after the covid cancellations, but my loss is your gain. This is a very nice new modern facility, you will not be disappointed!

Convenient to festival but quiet and private retreat for your off time. Great golfing nearby, actually runs through property for a seperate fee.

What makes this property unique

Set up house keeping and go enjoy the festival. Plenty of room for 2-4 people. Plenty of private parking, multiple pools with hot tubs and resort facilities to enjoy after the concerts.

Convenient to the festival but quiet and private retreat for your off time. Great golfing nearby, golf course actually runs through property for a separate fee.
