Pleasant residence with swimming pool, quiet, mature garden, the 2 PARADIS TURQUOISE studios, completely new, air-conditioned, comfortable and on the ground floor, with covered terraces.
Studio with equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), bathroom with walk-in shower, satellite TV, wifi internet.
Ideal for a pleasant holiday, can accommodate up to 3 people.
1 double bed 140x200 with mosquito net + 1 single bed 80x190 for children.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Ideal location 7 minutes on foot (2 minutes by car) from l'anse à l'âne beach, shops (Carrefour Market, bakery, fruit and vegetables, tobaccos, souvenir shops, etc.), beach restaurants, a nautical base (jet ski, towed buoy, kayak, paddle…), diving clubs, sea shuttle to Fort de France.
Tourist area of the three ilets, with its white sandy beaches, the marina (starting point for boat excursions), its shops, Casino, 18-hole golf course, restaurants and bars.
