You will fall in love with this spacious home on lake Loch Lomond in beautiful Bella Vista. There is so much to do we hope you have lots of time. Our home has 5 bedrooms with comfortable brand new mattresses: 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin daybed with trundle, and 2 sets of bunk beds. You can enjoy the spectacular sunrises on the screened porch or relaxing on 1200 sq ft of deck space overlooking the largest lake in Bella Vista. Feeling sleepy... take a nap on our outdoor hanging bed. Feeling adventurous... we are only 2.2 miles away from Bella Vista's newest singletrack mountain bike/hiking trails which connect to over 100 miles of singletrack trails in Northwest Arkansas. Three-car garage & an additional workshop with an air compressor and bike rack if you need to do some bike maintenance. Enjoy the lake with some of the best fishing around from our private dock or you can explore the lake with your own boat. Don't have a boat, no problem you can rent one from the marina. Cook a delicious meal in our oversized kitchen while enjoying the stunning lake views. Our home offers two living areas with lots of indoor fun including a pool table, chess/checker game table, lots of movies, board games, card games. If you like to unwind watching TV- you will love the 4 big screen TV's one in the upstairs living area and three in bedrooms. For a night out in the town we are 20-30 minutes to downtown Bentonville.

Short Stay

We were here for the NW Arkansas LPGA golf tournament. Two of us were volunteers for the event. It is pretty easy to get to & from Rogers, AR from here, which is why we've always stayed in Bella Vista. Our house was perfect for the 6 of us. Thank you, Julie.

Weekend getaway

Great location, beautiful home, beautiful decks and outdoor sitting areas. The only real issue we had was with the thermostat. When we arrived it was pretty warm in the house so we tried to turn the thermostat down. It got very cold very quickly, but we could never get the temperature to go back up in the house, even turning the thermostat up, not sure what we were doing wrong. Otherwise, it was a great location and long weekend for our family getaway!

Family get-away

Our extended family spent the week in Bella Vista for a much-needed vacation. The home was big and open, with plenty of accommodations for our group. It was so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful and steep descent down to the water. It was just what we needed!

Easy process to rent! Great property owner to work with. Home was clean and spacious for our group of 11. Couple of problems though, no cable, no ice maker or ice trays. Overall nice place to stay!

Wonderful Lake Vacation!!

Just what we were looking for! Quiet small lake. House is in secluded cove. Private dock was very nice. My kids enjoyed spending time there swimming and hanging out. House is very comfortable!

Amazing lakefront home

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property that had plenty of room and extra amenities. It was the perfect weekend getaway. We loved it so much that we wished we lived here! The owners were easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip back to the area.
