Verglichen mit dem Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren wirkte das Appartement diesmal weniger sauber (WC, Fenster, Putzlappen, Klobürste). Es ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Wenn man täglich kocht, fehlt ein kleiner Topfdeckel. Das Appartement hat nur ein WC ohne Handwaschbecken neben der Eingangstür. Zum Händewaschen muss dann das Spülbecken benutzt werden. Nachts ist das etwas lästig.Die perfekte ruhige Lage zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten macht die Abstriche beim Komfort wieder wett. Für 1 bis 2 Personen ist es sehr angenehm.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'hébergement est au top je recommande vivement, en plus la plage n'est pas loin et tous les commerces à proximité. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Idéal pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Yves et Claudine.

Sejour au top !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement cosy. L'ameublement est soigné, de nombreux rangements sont présents, il ne manque rien ! La terrasse très fonctionnelle est ombragée la plupart du temps soit grace aux pins, soit grace au store. Le quartier est super calme y compris la nuit et tout se fait a pied. Je recommande a 100%

Nettes kleines Appartement in ruhiger Lage für 2 Personen

Mit Verlängerungswoche im September 2022 insgesamt 3 Wochen dort verbracht und insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach dem holprigen Check-in (der Code für den Schlüsselkasten fehlte), war die Kommunikation mit der Managerin während des Aufenthaltes perfekt. Das App. ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wohnlich eingerichtet, aber nach meinem Empfinden nur für 2 Personen wirklich geeignet. Die Dusche zwingt zum Wassersparen, sonst droht schnell eine Überschwemmung. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zum Supermarkt bzw Bus. Bis auf die letzte Nacht war es ruhig. Gerne wieder. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.

Petit Loft apaisant.

Appartement bien placé , près de la mer, des commerces et de Banyuls où nous avons pu rejoindre notre famille pour la "fête de la fin des vendanges" . Calme et bien exposé. L'entrée par le parc ,très pratique pour accéder au Loft et garer la voiture en toute sécurité. Un seul bémol: l'escalier pour arriver à l'étage .Il est étroit, mais , en se chaussant de sandales sans talons, cela devient sécurisant. Joliment décoré et vaisselle en abondance. Il ne manque rien! Nous recommandons ce logement pour deux à trois personnes ou avec un seul enfant. Balcon grand et bien exposé.

Location très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location située au calme dans un petit Immeuble de 4 appartements. Très bien équipée, il y a absolument tout y compris des équipements pour la plage. Le plus est la terrasse entourée d'arbres. Ayant voyagé par train nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité des commerçants et de la plage. Nul besoins de prendre la voiture, boucher rôtisseur, poissonnier, boulanger, Intermarché et un pôle Santé sont à deux pas, la plage à 500m. Un grand merci à votre couple de concierge. Bernard nous accueilli à la gare et fait le taxi, Corinne nous a réceptionné et même fait les lits, comme c'est agréable à près de longues heures de transport. Merci aussi aux propriétaires très agréables et réactifs à toutes nos demandes spécifiques.
