Stayed here with a few friends for an annual golf outing. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Best part was that everything we needed was extremely close which made it easy for us to get around.

We're happy to know that Palmetto Coast B was a good choice for your golf outing. We hope you played well and are looking forward to your next trip to the beach.
The property was as listed, and overall was very clean. The pool was a little smaller than expected but worked for the days we were able to use it. Location was perfect for our needs, close to the places we wanted to visit. The property management folks worked to help us with a couple of things and were very easy to reach.
Thank you one and all!!

Good size but need some love
This rental was the perfect size for our group. There are a few items that should be looked at. We had to run the dryer for several cycles the pool area was not cleaned and the outdoor patio furniture needs to be cleaned and chairs replaced. I the master bathroom the lights would not work.

Beware
The home the duplex was very dirty. We had to vacuum since we got in the bed was broken so we took pictures of that when we arrived we were asked to leave two days early even though when I phoned and made the reservation, I said we would be coming with 10 children. Read the print carefully if they’re not all related, you can be thrown out.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the property was not properly cleaned for your arrival. With all the disruptions to surrounding guests and police reports from unruly students in and around the property, we had no recourse but to have your group depart. This information was clearly listed on your confirmation and is shown on the house rules page on VRBO's website. It's unfortunate that your experience was not a positive one

Good
The location and size is really nice. Having a pool was a great feature. We wish we would’ve been told the pool guy was coming though during our stay. It’s weird to wake up to a stranger in the yard. The stove was broken so we ruined a meal. The outdoor furniture everywhere (balconies, back deck and around pool were filthy and stacked. Just would’ve been nice to have that clean and placed for us. We also didn’t realize due to a poor description that no linens or towels come with the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but hope they will address some things.
Overall it was a great place! It was huge! Pictures do not do it justice! 5 minute walk to beautiful beach. Minor issues: tv in main living room didn’t work as well as the toilet by kitchen, there were some ants, beds could be updated. Overall it was great! Pool was cleaned often.
Our family stayed for a week and we were very happy with this unit. The teenagers had plenty of space for themselves and absolutely loved the game room.. We had some issues with the pool but the management delt with them in a friendly and professional manner. Would definitely stay with Thomas Brindly again.
The good stuff: Great location. Very convenient to beach, food and activities. Huge home. 3 floors. A bathroom to go with each bedroom. The bottom floor is perfect for the kids and their friends with 2 beds, 2 couches, a table and bathroom. The main floor has a master bedroom, kitchen great room with plenty of seating. The top floor (3rd floor) has 3 other bedrooms and a game room with a pool table. The pool is small and fabulous. We used it every day. Looks just like most of the pictures.
The real deal: the house needs a lot of work. The dining chairs have no support, so you sit down in them and you feel the wood frame on your backside. Other furniture was ripped up and not in great shape as well. Just don’t expect high quality furnishings.
The refrigerator is missing a shelf and is very very small. If you are going to have 5 families or 16 people, it would be quite difficult to store all of your supplies in there. The oven does not work. It was grimy and It overheated while we were using it.
The shower in the main floor master is very small. If you are a larger person you will find it difficult to turn around. There is a huge bathtub in the corner.
The nice hammock in the pictures is in shambles and just laying on the main floor deck. The outdoor furniture is not clean or in good repair. (Bring your own pool chairs)
The management company was very nice. It took a while to get ahold of them but they did get things handled that they could. They have to work with the owners and it seemed like maybe the owners were or are slow to approve the much needed repairs.
