真新しいリスト！このコンドミニアムは現在、新しいソファーベッド、新しいキッチン家電、新しいフローリング、新しい装飾、新しいペンキ、新しいバルコニー家具、新しいエアコンユニットで改造されています。すべての作業は3月中旬までに完了する予定です。作業が完了すると、引き続き写真を更新します。この5階のユニットからは、ビーチ、プール、メキシコ湾の素晴らしい眺めが楽しめます。これは3ベッドルーム/ 3バスのビーチフロントコンドミニアムで、設備の整ったキッチン、洗濯機/乾燥機、4台のテレビ、DVD WI-FI、リビングルームとマスターベッドルームからアクセス可能なビーチフロントバルコニーがあります。このユニットには専用の屋根付き駐車場もあります。ユニットは、マスターにキング、2番目のベッドルームにクイーン、3番目のベッドルームに2つのツイン、リビングルームにクイーンスリーパーと8人で寝ます。このユニットは、土曜日から土曜日、6月から8月に賃貸します。

Great property and location

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 people and it was very comfortable. The view was amazing from the balcony. The condo was clean. There were some cosmetic things that could be fixed. The only thing I would complain about is the elevators and stairs. One elevator was closed for a few days while we were there and everyone seemed to be waiting for one elevator. It wasn’t awful taking the stairs but they only went to the 5th floor and then you would have to find the other stairs to take you up. I would definitely stay here again.

Vacation

Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time. Construction was going on, so fairly loud from about 9am to 5pm. But since it was so late in the year, much later than I've ever been to FL, I figured it was fairly normal to have upgrades, etc being completed since it's basically after their tourist season.

A GREAT STAY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the sliding door to the balcony when we arrived and it was repaired promptly. There was a lot of construction going on and we had routine pest control come during our stay as well, but EVERYONE from the construction workers to maintenance to pest control were extremely kind and courteous. The condo was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering booking for next year as well. 😊

Very Nice Unit and stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We love the decor and color inside the unit. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Everything we could have needed was in the condo. My only item I’d request is a blender in kitchen. 😉 We will definitely consider staying here in future. My only con if I had to pick something would be the swimming pool down below can get loud into late hours of night but that comes with territory.

Beachfront Vacation

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. The unit could use a few updates/repairs..but nothing that would keep us from renting it again. We stayed as a family of 5 and everyone had more than enough space. Plenty of family gathering space and enough space to go relax alone.

Long weekend

A very nice condo with plenty of room for a family with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped for preparing a meal which we ate out instead. It has a big gulf front balcony with a great view. My only complaint is the washing machine sounds like a jack hammer on the spin cycle. I would definitely stay in this condo again.
