No better place to stay on island! The front Villa, closest to the water!

Welcome to Absolute Paradise at Pineapple Village! Pineapple Village was built before Margaritaville existed. Margaritaville came in and built around it. Our villa, Absolute Paradise is the very best location, it is the closest to the bay and near all the amenities. Pineapple Village has its own pool area. Margaritaville Restaurant, 5 o'clock bar, Shoreline Restaurant, and also a coffee shop are nearby villa. Coral World is located in our bay, where you can swim with the dolphins. There is so much to explore. Recommendations will be given on beaches, restaurants and special events.

Pineapple Village is located inside of Margaritaville resort in a gated community.
Security is on-site and at the check-in gate. If you have rented a vehicle, put Margaritaville into your GPS for directions and request a yellow visitor pass at gate to put in dashboard of vehicle. Taxis are readily available nearby to catch a ride to grocery store, Red Hook for dinner, St. John Ferry, local beaches, or airport. It’s great for a family vacation, a girls’/guys’ getaway, bachelor/bachelorette weekend.

The 2-Bedroom fully renovated Villa can hold up to 6 people in beds, in addition to 3 additional in sleeper sofas. It has 2 bedrooms and 3 full Baths.

Spring Break

We stayed at Pineapple Village on our way home from St. John. The condo is conveniently located and the property manager was very responsive. The property is older, but well maintained.

Convenient Paradise

The place is just as shown and the private outdoor courtyard is wonderful. It is just across the street from all of Margaritaville’s restaurants, bar, pool and beach. Coki beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Everything we needed was right there!

Our Stay in St. Thomas - Pineapple Village

Before I ever saw the property, I was of course in communication with Karen. She was super helpful, knowledgeable about the area and gave much good advice. The place was neat, clean and very spacious.. I was actually blown away at how much bigger it was than the pictures gave off. I would 10/10 stay here again and recommend Karen's place to anyone! :)

Excellent stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Karen’s place! The accommodation was perfect for our family—spacious, well-stocked, and incredibly convenient. Everything we needed was right there, and Karen had thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable.The location was unbeatable! There was a fantastic restaurant literally at the doorstep, where we enjoyed great food and even live music and dancing every evening. Koki Beach was just a two-minute walk away, and it quickly became our kids’ favorite spot for snorkeling. The short walk to Coral Bay was another highlight—watching the incredible wildlife and sea life, including swimming with dolphins, was a dream come true!Karen herself was an amazing host. She made the check-in and check-out process seamless and provided us with fantastic tips that really enhanced our trip. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.Overall, this was one of the great vacations we had, and Karen’s home played a huge part in making it so memorable. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon!

Luxury in Paradise ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our host was amazing! She went above and beyond - she responded to emails promptly and was so sweet, even giving us information for activities available during our stay and the travel process for St. Thomas (such as filling out travel portal) prior to arrival. Once we arrived and opened the door, it was paradise! We were greeted by a pristine courtyard, looks exactly like the photo and the inside was immaculate! No mosquitoes or bugs, perfect cool temperature on the inside for the heat outside, with more then enough space for our group of 6. It was our happy place for the days we were on vacation. The location is perfect, in the center of Margaritaville with a less then short walk to the beach, pools and dining! Taxis always available to take you on a tour or to recommended excursions. We will definitely be returning to this specific location. Wish I could give more then 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Location & Very Helpful Owner!

The property is located next to Margaritaville & shares all of its amenities. Karen, the owner, was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on things to see & do. We were also pleased that she provided snorkel gear & a cooler for our beach trips. We had a pleasant stay. The property is perfect for two sets of couples or a family. Everyone can have privacy & plenty of room in the shared for spending time together in the living room or large, fenced-in patio.

This Pineapple Villages Villa was purchased as an investment property. It was fully renovated in 2019 and originally rented corporately throughout that year. Currently we are transitioning to a vacation rental destination. We are excited to list our property on VRBO. It has been so much fun to renovate and turn the property around to be a beautiful vacation villa. The island has so much to offer and explore. From snorkeling at different beaches, to trying tons of new restaurants, happy hours, sunshine, blue skies, clear blue skies and sand between your toes, nothing beats it! It's always summer here in St. Thomas!❤️🌴🌞🐚🌺
