The St. Thomas Yacht Club is right next door and you're close to Red Hook, the Ferry to St. John, Nightlife and restaurants.

As you enter Villa Miramar you are greeted with an upscale, open concept kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. The living and dining rooms have plenty of space for dining and for relaxing, or watching TV. With so much space there is room for everyone, so enjoy the company of friends and family. The balcony has a barbecue for grilling and overlooks not only the beach, but also overlooks the pool, tennis court, marina, and the St. Thomas Yacht Club. But what you will enjoy most on this balcony are the stunning sunrises and sunsets.
The main floor features a master bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom, plus two bathrooms. The washer/dryer is also located on this floor. As you travel up the whimsical spiral staircase to the 2nd level, you are greeted with a skylight, a comfy sitting area, a king size bed, two twin beds and an additional half bath. Central air conditioning cools the entire condo, but once you experience the ocean breeze that flows freely thru each room, you likely won't need it.

Other features include parking, fitness center, covered balcony, beach chairs, and proximity to Red Hook, with its restaurants, nightlife, duty-free shopping, and ferries to St. John. We offer so much fun on property, and there's more fun to be had only 10 minutes away. They say LOCATION is everything. We are close to everything and also offer prime positioning at Anchorage Condominiums, where your view from our balcony looks down the beach, and at the pool and tennis court.
