Located in the heart of the village of Vic La Gardiole, between Sète and Montpellier, near the beach of Aresquiers. Quiet and comfortable, this renovated 19th-century chai adjoining my house has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, 1 double bedroom "cabin" for adults or children, and a large living space of 100m2 with a kitchen and 2 sleeping sofas. Independent bathroom (ground floor). Reversible air conditioning. Independent entry with a private garden and a pool. High-speed internet, fiber optic (+500 Mbps)Near Beach (Aresquiers) and Gardiole Hill. Convenience stores and free public parking with 2 charging stations for electric cars nearby. Possibility to rent bicycles in the village.
