Freshly renovated interior designers beach condo walking distance to Strand Beach! Access to community pool and easy walk into Dana Point restaurants and shops.The property is a rare 3 bedroom/2 bath property, one of the largest condos in our community. We have 2 assigned and covered parking spots. You can't get a better location, west of PCH so you don't need to cross a major road to get to the beach like many of the properties in this area of Dana Point.

Fantastic location
We enjoyed our stay and recommend if you love being close to the ocean. Beverly was an excellent host, attentive to any needs that occurred. The condo was comfortable and the location was perfect.

Lovely condo and excellent location.
This condo is in an incredible location across the street from Strands Park and Beach in addition to being within walking distance to the outdoor concerts offered at Sea Terrace Community Park in the summer. The Dana Point Harbor is just down the street with its shops, restaurants and great outdoor coffee and lunch spot overlooking the harbor. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owner is responsive and easy to contact. Recommended!

Great Southern CA Home Base
Our family of five (kids' ages, 10, 17, 21) had an awesome time during our 10 days in Southern CA. This property was a perfect fit for our family's diverse ages. It was a real treat to be able to have a temporary home base that was so wonderfully decorated and comfortable to live/vacation in! The flat screens in every bedroom was a major plus. Not a single complaint for this very clean and well equipped property.
The walk to Strand Beach wasn't too bad at all with the new elevator. When not heading to Disneyland or The Queen Mary or shopping in Newport Beach, we would be down at Strands Beach. A very comfortable and family friendly beach, as Southern CA beaches go.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great Place to Stay!
We stayed in the condo over our spring break in April and the condo was perfect for us and our two teenagers. It was nice for the kids to have their own rooms! Beverly's recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on, we had a wonderful breakfast at a nearby French bistro and a wonderful meal at the Ritz Carlton on our last night. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and we had several meals at home as well. We had great weather and the pool was fabulous. The beach is across the street. It's a bit of a hike to get down there as the funicular was not working the week we were there but it is a clean and beautiful and not too crowded. It's a convenient location to go to Disneyland, it was only a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic. We also went on a whale watching tour from the Dana Point Harbor 5-10 minutes away. We had a great time.

The dolphin/whale watching trip out of Dana Point is really amazing and such a memorable family activity...a good choice for kids of all ages! I should have noted that the funicular is open full time during the summer and only on weekends during the off season. The Strand (the one walking distance from the condo) is such a great beach as you mentioned, not crowded and nice and wide. We look forward to having you back next time you are in the area...thank you for taking great care of our home.

Amazing Condo- we loved everything about it!
I cannot say enough good about this condo! We booked it for a month and loved it so much we ended up extending a week! This condo is fantastic, it is decorated so beautifully, the beds and bedding are super comfortable, it is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and has beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs, every detail was thought of and it made the stay so comfortable. When we arrived there was a basket of snacks and goodies on the counter and a bottle of wine in the fridge with a nice note, I thought that was so welcoming and such a nice touch. The location of the condo is perfect tucked on the side with excellent views of the ocean from the master bedroom and one other bedroom. The sunsets from the deck off the master bedroom were amazing! We went to many restaurants that Beverly had recommend and loved them all! We also tried others, everything we went to was excellent. We did a few things out of the Harbor such as a dolphin/whale boat trip, rode wave runners, kayaked, we took a boat to Catalina and did so much more. We went to Laguna and Newport and spent lots of time at Strand Beach and Salt Creek which are right by the condo. We had an amazing time, we stayed here while our home was getting remodeled in Las Vegas, it was hard to leave this beautiful condo and area and we are looking forward to coming back. I would hight recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you so much for everything Beverly!

First Stay..Spectacular
The view from this property is breathtaking. The site pictures do not do it justice. As native Southern Californians my wife and I would say the property with its view is as good or better than anywhere we’ve stayed on the coast. Better than Newport Beach, Laguna, Malibu, Big Sur or Monterey. We spent 2 months this year, in a single-story unit which was clean well-kept well-appointed.
The units come with an attached garage and the beach is literally a 5-minute walk. As for the beach, it is wonderful, great for kids, jogging, surfing, aquatics, or just long walks.
You can walk to local coffee shops and a dozen or so good to great restaurants or take a 5-minute drive to the Dana Point Harbor to eat, fish or jump on a whale watching excursion.
Jill is the owner/landlord and is very gracious and accommodating. Over our stay I can honestly say she has become a good friend and we’ve shared a glass of wine or two on the balcony watching the sunset.
I almost hate writing this review because I want to keep this spot just for ourselves. But a place like this is just too nice not to share.

We loved the Dana Point area, it’s amazing proximity to the beach and ocean and all of the gorgeous walking trails. The Villa was well located and exactly as pictured, Beverly was responsive and always available.

This was our first time to Dana Point and we really fell in love with the area. The condo location was perfect, it is very quiet, the pool was great. The condo was very nice, great for our family of 5, and the owner was really helpful before and during our stay. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable property.
We stayed at this beautiful 3 bedroom property for 30 days while we had to vacate our home from a slab leak. The owners were very responsive to a couple of problems we had while we were there. We especially enjoyed the ocean view and sunsets off the master bedroom patio....it was magical!. The only reason that I did not give this 5 stars is that there are some things that need to be updated. I would give 4.5 stars.

Location, Location, Location
We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back. After staying at quite a few vacation rentals, I can tell you that this place was stocked with everything you need. The owner even left a cute basket of snacks and drinks for us. What a great touch. The neighbors were amazingly quiet. We almost never saw them. There are a lot of vacation rentals in this area, but this one was in the best location. It is very close to the beach and a bit in the corner so it felt very private and safe. The daily view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom was unbelievable. The trail down to the beach is literally right in front of the unit and the trail to Starbucks and local food was also right there. I would recommend Coastal Kitchen to everyone and it is a very short walk from the property. We spent a month at the property and were so sad to leave. What a gem!!!!

Location! Location! Location!
My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo to escape our Northeast Winter. We were very happy with the location as there were so many wonderful walks that we could take each morning. This condo is near wonderful restaurants. The beds were comfortable. For the most part it was the two of us but when our two grandchildren and their parents came to visit for a few days we managed well and the kids enjoyed the games and puzzles that were provided. We cooked some meals in the well equipped kitchen and ate at the dining table. Beverly and Paul were very receptive to inquiries and were very helpful. Dana Point is a wonderful town. The sunsets are amazing and you can see them from the condo. Thank you Beverly and Paul for making your home available so that we could enjoy the area.

Beautiful beach getaway!
Our family of 5 stayed at this property for a full month. The location is unbeatable, we walked to the beach, into town and to the pool. We were able to go to Disney just a half an hour away as well as Legoland, which was about 45 minutes away. We also ventured into LA and San Diego. Next time we visit we plan to stay here again!

Loved this vacation rental!
We had such a wonderful time staying at Beverly's condo, it was just perfect for our family of 5 (kids age 8, 5, and 1). The condo was just as pictured, and even better! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the kitchen amenities we needed to cook many meals. We loved having the gas grill available too. We spent many mornings enjoying the patio overlooking the ocean, you can't beat the view!
The condo was close to so many activities including many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We loved Strand Beach, which was just across the street, and the condo had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, towels, and beach toys. We explored Dana Point and Laguna Beach, and even took a surfing lesson in Laguna! It was so fun. Our favorite restaurants were the Harbor Grill and The Shwack Beach Grill (two opposite ends of the spectrum for price and ambiance, but both were perfect for our family!). We even took our kids to the patio restaurant 180Blu at the Ritz to enjoy the amazing sunset. We didn't stay long, just had dessert, but it was totally worth it! The staff was friendly and accommodating for our kids. We drove up to DisneyLand on two separate days, and it was easy to get there, just a 30 minutes drive.
Beverly was so kind and accommodating to talk with me on the phone when our child was sick, she was so gracious! I was thankful for her help and advice as we were trying to figure out what to do and where to go if we needed doctor's attention.
We loved visiting Dana Point, and staying at this condo made the whole experience just perfect. Thank you Beverly!!

The owner did a great job decorating the home. The pictures truly reflect the main living areas. Only two rooms have an ocean view; the master and the second bedroom. But what an amazing view! Plus there is a patio off the master suite. I kept trying to hide from my kids on the patio because it was so amazing. The private beach directly in front of the condo was immaculate and beautiful. The condo is next to a wild life reserve so there nature trails you can take the kids. The beds were soon comfy. I could have stayed a month. The kitchen was perfect. I can't wait to go back.

Great Location, Great Property, Great Time
Our stay at the condo in Laguna Beach couldn't have been better! We loved the location of the property, close to airports, beaches, and amusement parks. The owner was excellent to work with, and the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys provided were much appreciated. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub available at the condo. The sunsets from the patio were amazing!

Amazing place to stay!
This condo exceeded my expectations. The actual condo was nicer than the pictures (and the pictures were very nice). The view was fantastic, beach was a close walk, amenities were fantastic, bed and sheets were heavenly. The condo was completely redone. The owner was delightful to coordinate with. I cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful Memories Made!
Our first visit to this part of California (Dana Point) was made even more perfect due to the beautiful accommodations and unbeatable location (for the money). The owner, Beverly, was always available to answer various questions I had throughout our week-long stay. The photos were very accurate in describing the property online. The week before our trip, Beverly sent us several helpful hints and recommendations in anticipation of any question we might have with regard to the area and the condo. The condo was clean, updated, extremely comfortable for my husband, 3 small children and my parents. The kids thought the bunk beds were pretty cool! Being located right across from the beach was very convenient. The condo was also stocked with beach towels/chairs/boogie boards/toys, etc. The kids never ran out of things to do! There were several games/DVDs/books to use during our stay too. It was also nice being in a condominium complex that had a pool to use. We went to Disneyland 2 of the days which was an easy 30-40 minute drive (no traffic)! My husband and i ran almost everyday on the beach and on the many walking/running trails nearby that lead right to the beach. The views and weather were always spectacular! We spent most of the other days at the beach. There were so many things that we did not have a chance to do that we are definitely planning a visit back. We would love to explore the many shops and town of Dana Point, along with
the Dana Point harbor and Ocean Institute. In fact, our only regret is that we didn't plan another week! We will be planning a visit back to the area soon, and would love to stay at this beautiful condo again!

Amazing vacation condo in Dana Point for families
My family ( my husband and our two girls ages 2 & 7) stayed at the condo for two weeks this July. The location is amazing. The condo is in a nice corner within the complex and it is a really easy walk across the street to a great beach. We really enjoyed the location due to the fact that it's really inbetween the towns of Dana Point and Laguna Beach and easy access to PCH and the freeway.
The condo is spotless and absolutely adorable. It has everything you need for a beach vacation especially with kids. Lots of beach chairs and toys and the kitchen has tons of kid friendly items such as plates, cups and utensils so no need to bring your own.
There is a great pool at the complex if you prefer the pool to the beach.
Beverly was truly wonderful to work with and she promptly answered my emails and phone calls about the property.
We went to Disneyland twice will staying at the condo. It was an easy drive and so nice not to hae to go back to a hotel room.
Strand beach is great because there is a funicular if you don't want to walk the steps down to the beach. There are tons of great beaches not to far away so we suggest being adventurous and trying different beaches while you are there. There is a great coffee table book of the beaches in the condo. Take a look at it. It's great!
I would highly recommend staying at Beverly's place. It way surpassed our expectations. Enjoy!

Very nice home
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have all the beach gear there to use. The owners were SO great to work with and took care of a small issue we had the day of. The condo was in a great location. As many of the reviews stated it was a little far to the beach when you have children. But there are a few beaches close by you can drive to. I will go back when my son is older to take in all the festivities we couldn't do this trip. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Outstanding experience
What an incredible location, beautifully decorated, coffee in the AM overlooking the ocean, great options for beach access. Really a home away from home, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Dana Point is beautiful, close to everything, but quiet and relaxed. Go have a drink for Sunset at the Ritz, you will never forget it!!!

We spent a great week in the condo and found it lived up to its online pictures. It was beautiful, clean and had a well appointed kitchen to cook in. We also appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs as the beach across the road and down the hill (which is a big one but has a nice paved pathway to access it) is spectacular.
The condo is less than 10 minutes from 2 grocery stores and close to many shops, restaurants and the harbour. We took an excellent whale and dolphin watching tour from the harbour and ate an outstanding pancake breakfast at RJ's restaurant, another harbour-area highlight.
We were within an easy 45 minutes to Disneyland and about 1 1/4 hours to LAX.
The only issue that we had was that the children's rooms were very bright inside at night. They both have windows facing into a common walkway between condos and there are two lights outside the windows that are on all night. Though the rooms have blinds, they don't block the light, only filter it. We resolved this by buying black out sleep masks for our teens.
We highly recommend this rental. It feels very much like a well-loved home.

We have 3 children and the condo is well stocked for children! We are very family oriented and love to travel. I am an interior designer by trade so we took special care to ensure that our property was not only functional, but also very beautiful. Many people criticized us in the renovation process saying that we were making it 'too nice', but we live by the belief that you should treat people the way you want to be treated. We like to sleep on high thread count sheets, so we want our guests to as well. We have children, like many of our guests, so we have made the home very family friendly while at the same time being luxurious for the parents!
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love Southern California and found ourselves vacationing in the Laguna Beach and Dana Point area over and over and over. We have many friends who live in the area so we finally decided to take the plunge and buy our second home in Dana Point. We bought it sight unseen and completely gutted it to make it what it is today. We enjoy sharing our home with others and hope that many come to appreciate all the hard work and little details that separate our vacation home from the others out there!
What makes this property unique
One of our favorite things to do while at our condo is watch the sunset. We will just sit on the patio or lay on the bed and as a family, watch the sun go down. We cannot seem to get enough of the Catalina sunsets! Of course, the beach is so close, that we head down to the beach with the kids and let them run around and attempt to use their 'boogie boards'. The pool was also just renovated and we enjoy lounging by the pool when the kids have had enough of the sand. The Dana Point Harbor is just a few minutes away and we frequently go on sunset sailing cruises, dolphin watching trips or trips to Catalina Island. Of course, no trip is complete without going to one of the major amusement parks like Disney, Legoland or Sea within close proximity to our condo.
