No smoking in the apartment and no loud noise that might disturb neighbors. This is a quiet, residential building. If you're looking for a place to party til late in the night, please don't rent from me.
Note that construction noise on the block that some guests have cited in their reviews has abated now that the exterior of the building is complete. Noise from continuing work inside the building is less annoying.
