Very nice attached house on one side, in a new residence with heated outdoor pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september). Terrace opening onto the forest and bike paths not overlooked. Your accommodation includes an entrance, a living room serving as a living room and dining room with equipped kitchen area. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The first floor comprises a corridor, a bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms, one with a double bed 160cm and one with two single beds 90cm and a large terrace offers you a nice view on the forest. A convertible sofa is available in the living room. You can store your bikes and surfboards in a private cellar. The parking is secured by an electric gate and each accommodation has a car park. Wi-Fi. Join the beaches, the ocean, shops less than 1 km away, the first golf course 2 km away, the lake of Lacanau 5km away

Nice, modern and clean

We spent a week in this very nice, modern and clean house. It is one of 6 (or 7) houses, very nice decorated, and very well equipped. Good beds! A busy road runs in front of the house and a cycle and footpad at the back, so we experienced quite some noise during the night. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the house.

Prachtig plekje

Mooi nieuw appartement. Net buiten het centrum, maar het strand is goed te bewandelen. Mooi uitzicht op de bomen vanaf een fijn terras. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad. Handig: een bakkerij op 50 meter afstand.

War alles Bestens

Wie waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Alles sauber und entsprechend ausgestattet. Sind immer mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand und zum Einkaufen. Es gibt alle Möglichkeiten Bäckereien und Supermärkte vor Ort. Radweg ist gleich hinter der Residenz. Außerdem hat man verschiede Möglichkeiten für Radtouren etc.

Urlaubsarchitektur mit Blick auf den Kieferwald

Sehr schönes & praktikables Haus mit interessanter Dachterrasse, toller Blick vom Wohnzimmer/-küche auf den Kieferwald. Gute (2!) Badezimmer, ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichen Betten & Frischluftzufuhr. Schöne, schlichte Einrichtung & einheitliches Geschirr. Sehr angenehmer, abgegrenzter Wohnbereich von der Straße mit Toreinfahrt, eigenem Parkplatz und Abstellkammer für Fahrräder. Ausgeprochen empfehlenswert!

Superbe location tout confort

Superbe maisonnette de style moderne tout confort dans une petite copropriété située au cœur de Lacanau océan. Nous avons adoré le logement neuf, la vue et la facilité d’accès au centre du village. À savoir : Localisation un peu bruyante liée au centre ville + problèmes de wifi et de Tv au moment de notre séjour.

Bien mais brouillant

Une maison très belle et fonctionnelle, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Proche de centre ville et de l'océan. La piscine de la résidence est très appréciable. L'agence de location est très réactive pour toute demande. On déplore la proximité de la piste cyclable et de la route principale gâchant un peu le séjour. On entend toute la nuit des cris des fêtards sur la piste et des bruits des voitures (sortis des restos, des bars et des boites de nuits). Impossible à dormir. De plus, l'absence d'un rideau occultant dans le salon (bien que mentionné dans l'annonce ) rend la nuit du 5em occupant encore moins reposante.
