Communication compliquée avec la propriétaire au point de croire à une arnaque. Appartement idéalement situé, avec vue sur mer dans chaque piece, et bénéficiant d'un parking privé, indispensable dans cette ville où il est difficile de se garer. La plage est facilement accessible a pied. Très petite cuisine. Appartement mal insonorisé, avec des voisins au dessus bruyants.
