Pool was heated to 75F or more while the sun was out helping. Cover on the pool is great to keep heat in at night. Pool guy didn’t come the first Friday as we were told. He came the last Friday, cleaned and repaired the cover which had a hole in one of the “slats” from a previous wind storm.Home was very comfortable. Close to beach as indicated.

Es waren wunderbare 2 Wochen! Pool sauber, groß und zwischen 28-29 Grad. In 4 Zimmern große Fernseher, Klimaanlage, 3 Bäder und 3 Toiletten, 2 Kühlschranke. Lage sehr gut - ca. 15min zu Fuß zum Strand, 5min zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hund war kein Problem - 2min vom Haus ist auch ein Hundepark. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir haben das fantastische Haus während 4 Wochen gemietet - es war traumhaft. Es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Ganz toll natürlich der Pool, aber auch die raffinierte Klimaanlage und die Garage mit der Einstellmöglichkeit für Bikes. Da das Haus in einem Wohngebiet ohne Durchgangsverkehr liegt, lebt es sich hier sehr ruhig. Nicht zu vergessen - die Umgebung bietet viele interessante Ausflugsziele.

Schöne Villa mit beheiztem Pool

Insgesamt hatten wir in der Villa eine sehr schöne Zeit! Wir danken der guten Betreuung von Simon, der im Problemfall für uns da war. Die Treppe nach oben war etwas heikel, da offen und glatt. Der Pool ist schön warm und einfach herrlich. In der Garage ist viel Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und Anhänger. Die Umgebung ist ein Wohngebiet. Unmittelbar dahinter ist ein Park. Wir fanden den Ort schön ruhig und der Strand war herrlich leer Die Menschen im Ort waren sehr freundlich, das machte den Urlaub sehr angenehm!! Empfehlung für "Hundemenschen". ist ein Park. Wir dankenHundeHundeanhänger.

Vacances paisibles à Sainte Marie

Super communication avec les propriétaires et super accueil part les gérants de la conciergerie.La maison est superbe et très spacieuse, nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines. La plage est a une dizaine de minute à pied ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Wir waren sehr gerne in einem Haus und haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Villa ist neu und modern ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist beheizt und zu Meer ist es nicht weit.

Maison très bien située près de la plage et commerces. Sainte Marie la mer est très agréable et visites des environs a faire. Pas très loin de l'espace pour déguster une paella et Carcassonne pour son fameux cassoulet authentique dans la cité médiévale. La décoration de la maison c'est très élégante la piscine est vraiment impeccable avec l'entretien au top. Nous conseillons.

excellent séjour à Sainte-Marie

La maison était en état parfaite, comme décrit dans l'annonce. Il n'y avait rien qui a manqué. Le boulanger, le parc pour les promenades (avec le chien), balade à vélo, les restaurants, la plage et les petites épiceries ont été joignables à pied (5 à 10 minutes). On a passé une superbe belle semaine :-)

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier zu Gast. Unsere Kinder lieben den großen Pool und es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeberin hat sich toll um alle Anliegen vor und während des Aufenthaltes gekümmert. Alles prima!
