Nice new apartment of 45 m2, fully equipped:

- spacious living room: air conditioning, sofa bed (sleeps 130 cm), flat screen TV, WIFI.

- Equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer 2 drawers, coffee maker, toaster, and all kitchen utensils.

- Large bedroom: 12 m2 double bed of 160 (possibility of a folding bed for children) with dressing room and flat screen.

- Bathroom: walk-in shower, towel dryer, hair dryer

- Individual covered terrace of 30 m2 with barbecue, garden table and chairs, deckchairs

- Private parking

- the + new equipment and furnishings - 10 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the shops

- Quiet and tranquil environment.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil par Tiphaine. La location est au calme, bien située, permettant ainsi d'aller à la plage à pied mais également dans le centre de Calvi.Logement très fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable.

Super séjour

Logement très bien situé, plage à environ 15 min à pieds, la propriétaire est très sympa et très accueillante, le logement est irréprochable, il était très propre et il ne manquait rien, on s'y sent bien dès qu'on y pose les valises. Adresse à retenir et je recommande vivement

Gute Unterkunft, aber anstrengende Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin

Die Unterkunft entsprach dem Inserat mit Ausnahme der Reinigungskosten (s.u.). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problematisch, keine Bereitschaft englisch zu sprechen/schreiben und insgesamt eher unfreundlich. Auf unsere Nachricht mit der Anreisezeit wurde erst nach nochmaligem Anschreiben und der Bitte um eine kurze Rückmeldung reagiert. Als wir am Abend nach einer langen Anreise ankamen, wurden wir kühl begrüßt und uns danach vermittelt, dass wir noch zusätzliche Reinigungskosten (wohl um die 60 €) zu zahlen hätten. Wir wiesen darauf hin, dass dies nicht in der Anzeige stünde und die Vermieterin ließ nach einiger Diskussion letztlich davon ab. Zwar hat uns die Unterkunft gefallen, aber aufgrund der geschilderten weiteren Umstände würden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.
