Perched on a hill with a breath-taking view, this beautiful 250 year old farmhouse offers serenity, seclusion and comfort. Five bedrooms, three of which are ensuite, with new bathrooms. Massive country kitchen, with large table seating 10. Living room, formal dining room, laundry, library and comfortable lounge. Surrounded by 12 acres of private gardens and woods with apple, fig, apricot, cherry, pear and walnut trees. A bucolic paradise to relax, eat, drink and have fun. The house is equipped with lots of kids toys, and most importantly a large heated lap pool.
